I and a few of my university friends took part in this 7-day tour, and the experience was mind-blowing! Going out on a game drive in the morning, I heard the roar of the lions in the savannah as the sun rose, saw the hunting of cheetahs in the afternoon, and sat by the campfire at night and talked under the sky full of them. The travel team arranged everything so nicely for us that we never felt bored or tired. A group of 4 climbers from India, along with 3 friends from the UK, completed an arduous climb via the 7-day Machame Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and they exceeded our every expectation along the way. The first impression we had of Aardvark Expeditions (Philemon Joel) was one of speed in responding to our requests, providing clear directions, and making truthful declarations about what to expect when we booked. Booking our climb was made easy due to the assistance provided by the sales team. During the actual climb, the guiding team of Bariki and Jonathan performed exceptionally well. They were vigilant in their monitoring of climbers, supported us when altitude sickness hit, and continuously provided motivation throughout our trek on the mountain. The summit day was incredibly emotional, and all Aardvark Expeditions staff were there at the summit to celebrate with us for achieving our goal. This is a company that genuinely cares about every person who climbs for them. A five-star rating does not do enough justice for the value provided by the staff at Aardvark Expeditions.

Incredible experience! My wife and I just got back from our trip to East Africa. For the first leg of our adventure, we booked thru bookmundi the 4day Serengeti experience with a local travel operator. It was incredible. We were blessed with a great day in the Serengeti, seeing 23 different lions in one day! The most amazing was a full pride, Momma and 3 babies crawling around the Cape Buffallo they had taken down, were soon joined by her 2 other female lion hunting partners. Just around the corner was Dad enjoying the morning sun after filling his belly. We spent some time admiring him alone before any other drivers came to investigate. We also saw a leopard dragging an impala it had caught back to the hill it had been hiding in, as well as elephants, giraffes and so many of the usual gang roaming around Africa! Highly recommend it! Manyara was quite as full of visible animals, being a dense forest, but if you like monkeys, the baboons will not disappoint! Troops of hundreds.
