The itinerary is very well thought out with lots to see and do. Everyday had a highlight and the Nepalese are so friendly and inviting. The views of the Himalayas in Nagarkot and Pokhara were stunning. The hotels were in excellent locations throughout. There are walks for those who want to and options for those who don't. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, regardless of physical ability. Our tour leader, Su, was excellent and worked tirelessly to ensure our safety, enjoyment and general happiness. Join us on this 11-day Khopra Ridge trek, a great alternative to the popular and crowded Ghorepani trek. Despite not being as popular as the Ghorepani trek, this trek nevertheless allows you to enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas while taking you through forests, highland pastures and small villages.
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara on the first day of the trek. You will reach the famous Gurung village of Ghandruk the next day and continue the journey uphill via Tadapani, Dobato and Chistibung. Reach Khopra Ridge on the sixth day of the trip.
