A wonderful little try through the foothills of the Himalayas. Not particularly difficult, one just needs a little determination after a few days of walking downhill in snow. BEAUTIFUL views from Poonhill and throughout the entire trek. The hot springs are a great touch at the end as well. Beware of donkeys!
My husband and I just finished the Everest Panorama Trek and we could not be more happy with our experience and our choice in company. Our guide was knowledgeable, super friendly, and did everything to make our trip special. Our porter was excellent. On our last day we all had lunch at our porter's home with his family which was an amazing experience. We had friends using a different company at the same time and they were jealous of all the special touches that were included for us. It was really perfect. We will be doing another trek next year.
Thank you!
We have just returned from a trip to Everest Base Camp (over 55's in comfort - 12 April to 2 May). We loved it! Our group Guide, Tshering, Assistant Guide, Santosh and Sirdar, Rajan together with the "boys" (4 strong boys, cook and assistant cook) were wonderful, they were hard working and reliable. Friendly, helpful, informative, calm and encouraging. We were all over 60! 5 out of 7 got the Khumbu cough! Only one person showed any signs of altitude sickness and the length of the trip certainly helped acclimatise. Tshering made sure we received adequate medical advice and assistant if required. We all made it to EBC and certainly the longer trip, sensible acclimatisation and slow pace helped with this achievement. I'm still feeling proud. Whilst we were probably the most experienced hikers in our group, we had a member who had no trekking experience or etiquette in our group but we worked as a team and walked to the ability of the slowest. How wonderful it was to sit down at the end of each day knowing a drink, food, bed and warm dining room were all there waiting for us. Meals were tasty and enough offered for everyone, Santosh always on hand to offer us seconds. I almost always cleaned my plate! My favourites were the soups, porridge, potatoes, paratha's and chapati's, lentil dhal - always some veggies, all cooked expertly on a gas/kero stove. It was so reassuring to know we could eat and drink without fear of stomach issues which would have made the arduous trek even tougher! Yep, WE itinerary and experience showed and we would not hesitate in booking another trip in Nepal with WE. The contingency plan to get us back to Kathmandu by helicopter in time to catch international flights was well managed and executed. ****** Thanks all round to the team and ground staff in Nepal! P.S. the water bottles with hot water at bedtime to pop inside our sleeping bags - the best idea ever!

Excellent service and prompt response especially from the owner and CEO of this travel company. We had a great experience during Annapurna Base Camp trek. Our porters and our guide were awesome! They went out of their way to make us feel safe, comfortable and we had to keep changing itineraries to accommodate all the things we want to do including paragliding. I highly recommend them for their knowledge of the Himalayas, 17 years of operating expertise and experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

This has been the most amazing experience anyone could ever think of doing. I have come so far, over 1700kms across this beautiful country, and over 29 high passes and been above 6000m. And not to mention the kind hearted people of Nepal, always full of joy and rich in culture, that we have met along this journey. For me this has been a very personal adventure and the sense of achievement I cant tell you how proud I am of myself. Ill take from this experience to propel me forward in life. The staff have done a phenomenal job on this journey, so tirelessly hard working. Its not quite over yet, still 2 days to go before we get back to Simikot, it makes me happy that its not over! Were now retracing steps back to Simikot and our flight out, its a strange feeling after traversing the country completely in the opposite direction, however this short return section offers a different perspective of the stunning views and I feel its fitting to be facing the mountains we have travelled over.I have been extremely happy with my gear that has served me well along this 152 day journey, its kept me comfortable and given me confidence in all the extreme conditions we have encountered. Although this journey is about to end I cant help thinking of the next thing, future goals, perhaps a trip to New Zealand and a mountaineering course to learn the skills to climb the mountains we have passed beneath over the last 5 months! When I return home I hope to inspire others to get out there, especially the youth, to get out there and get amongst it, there is so much out there.Personally, I would like to thank the tour company for making it possible, its a huge undertaking to organize and execute such a logistically complicated journey. Its really opened my eyes a lot, and its changed my life, when I return home the plan is to live more simply, at home we take so much for granted, here, there is so little, people have so little, and they are happy, and they have touched my heart.

As an experienced hiker, I can confidently say that the Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a must-do for any outdoor enthusiast. The trail was well-maintained and the scenery was out of this world. Just make sure to pack enough warm layers for those chilly nights!

I had a wonderful time trekking to the Everest Base Camp with Nepal Eco. Chhatra was very enthusiastic in our communications before the trip and furnished me readily with the necessary details of visa, permits, documents, equipment, etc. He responds speedily and is meticulous in his information. My guide, Dawa, was an affable and jovial personality who was always glad to share his abundance of technical and cultural knowledge. We had quite a few drinks together and had a whale of a time in the mountains. I was unfortunate to meet with some ATM hiccups and ran out of cash mid-trek, but Dawa came to the rescue, lending me money and sponsoring my tea most of the time.
After the EBC trek I was supposed to continue on to Island peak, but heeding Dawa's advice on the foul weather I decided against it. Chhatra was kind enough to reimburse me for that part of the trip; I believe few agencies would be as transparent and generous as he. Safe to say, I had the time of my life nonetheless, and it's all thanks to these guys.
Unfortunately, due to weather conditions our trip to Gokyo Lake was canceled. Mr Prakash arranged in very short notice a new trek to Annapurna Circuit. In this way, we didn't lose too much time to still enjoy beautiful Nepal. Service provided by Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition was excellent. Everything was arranged nicely. No comments at all. Especially I want to thank our guide (Krishna Malla) and our porters (Birendra Malla and Tilak Malla) being such professional, nice, funny and friendly guys who helped us with everything during our trek.
The highlights of this tour are the 500 Asian one-horned rhinoceros and some hundred nocturnal Royal Bengal tigers that live in the dense forests of the park. You will discover a lost world of towering trees and twisting vines, of pre-historic rhino and lumbering elephants, crocodile, python and deer; brilliantly colored birds. Sharing home with these are other animals like rhesus monkey, grey langur, deer, leopards and wild cats etc.
All in all, Chitwan National Park provides you an escape from the polluted atmosphere and the noise of the big cities and takes you closer to nature. If you are someone who wants to experience natural environment at its best, a safari on an elephant's back is just the thing for you.
A wonderfully guided trek in a beautiful country. The variety of landscape, fauna and flora amazing. lovely tea house. my guide and porter looked after extremely well. took account of my abilities and checked my breathing was ok as we went on. The timing of starting out was perfect and we were the first people on the Thorang La to see the sunrise. He took account of my wishes and consulted me on the walk each day. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
