The Golden Circle includes the greatest tourist attractions in Iceland, covering about 300 km looping from Reykjavík into central Iceland and back.
Thingvellir landmark connects all the major events in the founding of the Icelandic commonwealth. It’s also considered the best place on earth to view the North Atlantic divergent ridge.
Friðheimar farm and greenhouse will welcome you and introduce you to the Icelandic horse and locally grown tomatoes. Lunch (at your own expense) will be held in the greenhouse where you will have the possibility to purchase local products on the menu after a visit of the stables.
Kerið is a striking crater-lake filled with milky blue-green water amid stark black and deep red slopes. Geologists now believe it to be a collapsed magma chamber at the end of a volcanic eruption that occurred more than 6,000 years ago.
Another amazing stop will be done at Gullfoss Waterfall. Its impressive shape will take your breath away!
Of course, we are always prepared for an extra stop or photo ops along the way. And if we’re lucky, we’ll get to pull over to feed any Icelandic horses at the side of the road.
Group size: max. 18 guests, providing a more intimate experience, more flexibility, more free time and more spontaneous encounters than travelling in big groups.

Great balance of planned activities, free time to explore, and other options if you wanted to participate in more opportunities. Our tour guide made the trip more enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable and organized. He paid attention to all the small details. The bus driver was great as well. We were glad that we went a day early to catch up on sleep and get acclimated to Reykjavík and the time difference. The bus transportation requires every person to have their own credit card account number. We tried to use our visa twice and the payment was declined.

Travel with us on this awe-inspiring route to the southern-most tip of Iceland. On this scenic trip to Vík, we embark on a journey to some of Iceland's most iconic natural monuments.
Through vast grasslands, dividing the heavenly glacier-covered peaks of Eyjafjallajökull from the ill-tempered waters of the Atlantic, we arrive at Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls. Here, you will have breathtaking panoramic views of the most remote, interior regions of the highlands. Long ribbons of ash coloured ice flow from the hillsides.
Then, have a remarkable and memorable experience seeing the utter beauty of Sólheimajökull glacier. Ponder the unearthly basalt columns in Reynisfjara and stroll along the spirited black sand beaches of Dýrholaey.
You will surely discover and experience one of the most geographically diverse routes in Iceland, before ending the tour in the quaint and quiet village of Vík. You return to Reykjavik in the evening relaxed, full of memories and impressions that will last a lifetime.
