They were patient and courteous in all manners. Everything was moving mentioned as per the itinerary. Everything was arranged perfectly. The only problem I want to bring to your notice is the hotel stay in Delta Florence, the staff was not all good and the hotel was too worse and is rated as 4-star category. I was not only myself and my family it was for the whole group staying on that day. This was the inconvenience caused. apart from that every was good once again appreciate you. Definitely, I would come to Europamundo to travel with you again.
