I have always been traveling from a very young age. I grew up in Thessaloniki in Northern Greece and my first trip abroad was in a student exchange program in Italy, where I had the opportunity to stay with a local family. It was my first experience with people from a different culture and I loved everything about it. This opportunity also drove me to participate in volunteer programs around the world later on and learn about different cultures from the eyes of locals. Eventually, my admiration for travel led me to pursue a career in the tourism industry. With over a decade of experience, I love creating the perfect itinerary for all kinds of travelers to help make their trip memorable. Being a part of another culture as I travel to different parts of the world motivates me to explore new places and meet new people. Apart from traveling, I admire performing arts and spend my free time participating in theatrical performances.

Elena's Expertise

I specialize in trips for people with interests in archeology, whether in Mainland Greece or the Greek Islands, and anything that has to do with Mykonos, Naxos, Santorini, Crete, and the Ionian Islands. Since I have traveled to many places in Greece, I am continuously discovering new places to explore and try to find activities and places that would fit the traveler's profile and offer them a unique experience.

Best Travel Experience

A unique travel experience of mine was almost a decade ago when I decided to do volunteer tourism in Iceland. I was staying at local homes with people from all over the world and of all ages. During the weekdays, we assisted the local shops by handcrafting products they could sell. On the weekends, with the assistance of local guides, we explored the country and visited all the highlights and places of interest. This was such a unique place and experience, that up to this day, I hold this memory dearly in my heart.
