Our travel companions were terrific! The itinerary was varied and interesting. The family run businesses we visited warmly welcomed us and shared their stories and food/wine experiences.
The food and restaurant choices were enjoyable. It was very nice that Fabio arranged reservations at restaurants for the meals not covered by the tour making it easy for us to decide whether to eat there or elsewhere (we always ate there and the food and venue were always good.)

I loved every moment of our tour from İstanbul to Kuşadası. The historical sites in Troy and Pergamon were fascinating. Our driver, Mehmet, was incredibly courteous and made us feel very safe. The hotels were comfortable, and the food was always fresh and tasty. A wonderful trip overall!
Long bus journey but worth it. Major sights visited in Istanbul city.
Gallipolli and Troy well worth visit,very interesting,hard to imagine human cost of war.Trenches still visable. Lots of archaeology at Troy and replica of wooden horse to go in. Good photo opportunities. Ephesus with ancient streets,roman toilets,columns,mosaics and carving of menorah. Amazing amphitheatre at Parmakeele,The Thermal Springs. Lots of people but lots of space. White rocks fab,water not warm,skin felt refreshed after dip. Hotels used were high quality. Breakfasts delicious. Time to visit museum shops and time for coffee break.
Guide allowed plenty of toilet stops.
Great group of people from multiple countries, a wonderful guide who always went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted, beautiful scenery and a challenging hike. What more could you want?
