Bookmundi Customer Support is great, the tour was average

First I want to start by saying I'd give Bookmundi 5 stars for their customer service. I worked with Jane and she went far and beyond to make sure I recover a deposit from another operator that canceled a reservation on me, and helped me with all the details of the trip. For the tour itself, the historic sites picked and visited were great and the guide was pretty knowledgeable and friendly. The hotels were average. Zafolia in Athens was terrible for a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were small and old. Hotels Amalia (in Delphi) and Amalia (in Meteora) were average. Hotel Europa in Olympia was good. All the dinners included were buffet style and were less than desirable.
