The trek was excellent although tough in the short timescale but I wanted the challenge. For others make sure youre happy with the non acclimatisation days, I had the full information and I chose to take the shorter trek. Off season in January although cold was a great time to trek as far less people on the trail as I hear spring time is just to hectic. Even in the winter you get warm during the daytime treking.
I travelled alone in the 2nd week of October. Weather was pretty good (only showers in the evening) and sunrises in Poon Hill and Tadapani just amazing. It wasn't as cold as expected and could do without a sleeping bag.
The trek is great to get a taste of Nepal beyond the cities, offers lots of opportunities for protography, and can be done even by people with no head for heights (you don't have to be "schwindelfrei"). Deepak -my guide- was incredibly helpful, adjusting to my pace while keeping the tempo, helping all the time and even looking for "Shiva trees" to shoot. Thank you very much!

Excellent service and prompt response especially from the owner and CEO of this travel company. We had a great experience during Annapurna Base Camp trek. Our porters and our guide were awesome! They went out of their way to make us feel safe, comfortable and we had to keep changing itineraries to accommodate all the things we want to do including paragliding. I highly recommend them for their knowledge of the Himalayas, 17 years of operating expertise and experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
A big thank to our guide Samda and the team (especially Ram who fed us well) and provided us with an excellent cultural and trekking experience. Samda's knowledge of Tibetan culture and the history of the monasteries provided a complete background to the history and culture of Mustang and its relationship to Tibet. Being present for the three crowded days festival was special and a complete juxtaposition to the following days trek through the stark and beautiful landscape of Mustang. We were treated to vistas of the distant snow capped mountains, alpine flowers up high, sheep and goat herders and even managed to find fossils left behind in the ancient raised seabeds pushed up with the Himalaya range. I went on the Manaslu trek in March 2020 arranged by the local tour sepcialists and had an amazing time! The mountain and nature scenery was breathtaking and a really memorable hike for me! Nepal is such an amazing country with such lovely people. I felt safe every moment of the trek and the company really takes care about everything. Starting with a pick up from the airport and welcome dinner, they will help you with every concern. It was absolutely no problem to travel alone as a woman. Nikesh was the best guide I could wish for, we had a really good time. He always wanted me to be happy and took care about me. So I can 100% recommend it, it was a breathtaking amazing trek I will never forget. Everytime again, best choice:)
My guide Raju was spectacular. He really knew how to get things done in the tea houses. The logistics are all taken care for you, no worries. I made some really good friends along the route that ended up staying in the same place multiple nights and had a lot of great conversation. The views of the hike were great and I think this is a great selection over EBC and Annapurna.
After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to take my Everest Base Camp Trek with this local travel specialist and it was the right decision I made. It is a wonderful experience. I believe this is thanks to the guide’s 5 years of experience and giving us the best advice to make it safely and happily to base camp. The best accommodations and looked after me when I wasn’t feeling well from altitude the night before base camp. I worried about the weather to get out of Lukla and the guide eased our minds that we would be taken care of if other arrangements needed to be made to get home safely.
We had an amazing time on this trek. While we had no prior experience with mountaineering or altitude and struggled at times It didnt matter! Our guide looked after us so well and we were able to tailor our trip to suit our experience levels. Overall we had an incredible trip!

Absolutely loved this trek! I did it in January with a friend and honestly thought it was amazing. Even though it was their winter, it meant that the trek was less busy, the days were warm and the local operator provided us with a warm sleeping bag and down jacket. Our tour guide and the business owner were great. They did so much to ensure that my friend and I had the best and most seamless trip. Thanks! Can't wait to try out our next tour/trek with you.
