"My Family had the pleasure of embarking on an incredible journey organized by this tour operator, which included a Kilimanjaro trek and an unforgettable safari experience. From start to finish, their meticulous planning and exceptional service made this trip an absolute dream come true.
First and foremost, the communication with Joan was outstanding. From the initial inquiry to the final details, their team was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable. Welcome to beautiful Namibia! Home to vibrant cities and rich cultural history. The Namib sand dunes, some of which are 300 metres high and span 32 kilometres (20 mi) long, are the second largest in the world. Explore the Kalahari Desert, a lively wilderness where you can often see antelopes and other animals in the dry valleys. Discover Sossusvlei, which during a good rainy season, the Tsauchab River flows into the pan and creates a haven for birds. Even during the dry season, Oryx, Springbok and Ostrich can be seen feeding off the sparse vegetation along the watercourse. Don’t miss the Sesriem Canyon, where centuries of erosion have incised a narrow gorge about 1 km in length. Wonder in Swakopmund at leisure, much loved by Namibians as a welcome respite from the inland heat. It is also popular amongst visitors for its old-world charm and relaxed atmosphere.

I have spent the last 3 days visiting Abydos & Dendara (1 day) and Luxor (2 days) with my guide Ahmed Haggag Ali.
First of all, I would highly recommend Abydos to anyone (even if it is way out of any route, +3h by car from Luxor). Abydos is truly a special place, thanks to its colorful paintings and design. And Ahmed provided me with all the history and explanations related to this temple. He knows eveything!! He has been able to answer all of my questions so far (and believe me, I have had a lot!) We later had a delicious 'fuul' in a local restaurant (see pic).
Luxor is, of course, a must see if you plan to visit Egypt. I spent one day in the east bank and another in the west bank. The Karnak and Luxor temples on the East bank are fascinating, and the Valley of the Kings in the West bank has beautiful tombs. Of the 3 tombs I visited, Ramses III was my favourite, extremely colorful. If you have the budget, I also recommend the hot air balloon trip, which is just breathtaking.
I will spend 3 more days with my guide Ahmed Haggag Ali to visit Edfu & Kom Ombo, Aswan and Abu Simbel, and I am very much looking forward to it!
Welcome to beautiful Namibia! Drive through its mesmerizing landscapes and explore this country at your own pace. Visit the German-style buildings in Windhoek, which lend a singular charm to the city, including the historic seat of government also known as the ‘Tintenpalast’, which means “palace of ink” in German. Pass by Rehoboth like many towns in Namibia, was once a missionary station. Explore Sossusvlei, a dune wonderland, with towering dunes up to 300m high surrounding a huge, dried-up pan. Discover Swakopmund, much loved by Namibians as a welcome respite from the inland heat. It is also popular amongst visitors for its old-world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Discover Waterberg, home to many game species, over 200 bird species, and vegetation which changes dramatically from acacia savannah at the foot of the plateau to lush-green sub-tropical dry woodland with tall trees and grassy plains at the top.
The Machame route, also known as the “Whiskey” route, is now the most popular ascent route on Mt Kilimanjaro.
Compared with the Marangu route, the walking days on the Machame route are longer and the walks are steeper. However, the scenery is spectacular and landscape interesting. The Machame route is considered a more challenging route, and is better suited for those with some hiking or backpacking experience.
The Machame route is scenically beautiful and varied. Because it is a popular route there are increased numbers of trekkers. It approaches the summit from the southwest and descends using the Mweka route, rewarding climbers with views of the expansive Shira Plateau, an optional scramble up Lava Tower, a climb up the Great Barranco wall, and a traverse underneath Kilimanjaro’s southern ice field.
Climbers sleep in supplied tents at designated campsites, and eat meals either outdoors (when it is warm outside and the sun is up) or inside a large dining tent, depending on weather conditions. Our staff will prepare all meals and set up and take down the tents.
The Machame route is a highly successful route to the summit as you climb high and sleep lower because of position of the campsites. The climb high sleep low approach aids acclimatization and increases your chance of getting to the summit.
After arrival at your accommodation in Moshi, you will have the opportunity to rest. Later there will be a meeting with the tour guides for a briefing about the trek and Mt Kilimanjaro. Importantly we also run an equipment check to ensure that every participant is as well prepared as possible. If you have any important gear missing, you can rent it from us.
The safari takes you to the famous Northern circuit parks with most of the time delegated to following and viewing the great Serengeti migration. This safari offers enough time in the Serengeti, so you that you can follow the paths of the ever moving herds without feeling stressed by time factor. Two nights in Serengeti will be spent in a tented mobile camp that follows the migration route. This way we ensure you have a front row to this spectacle.
If you're a wildlife and nature enthusiast at heart, this trip is definitely one you don't want to miss! The trip starts and finishes in Arusha. The last day of the safari ends at the airport for your evening flight.

This was an unforgettable gorillas trekking adventure with my dad in Bwindi Impenetrable forest with Christopher who works for this local travel specialist. Nicholas did a terrific job with the booking; permits, transport and accommodations all went smoothly. The tough 4 hours trek up the mountain was rewarded with amazing close sighting of the magnificent apes. Christopher was very helpful and great company during the whole trip from Kigali to Bwindi and back. We are very impressed with the whole experience with this travel expert. They are professionals and really know their stuff.
