day 1 - Arusha–Ngorongoro Crater
We'll pick you up after breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Here we will descend down to the Crater Floor in a 4-wheel drive safari jeep. We'll stop for a picnic lunch beside the Hippo Pool, then after lunch, spend the day viewing the incredible wildlife that gathers near the crater. Before sunset, we'll drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Lilac Tented Lodge.
day 2 - Lake Manyara – Arusha
In the morning after breakfast, our driver will take you to Lake Manyara National Park. The park lies between the Rift Valley Escarpment and the dusty Masai Steppe. On the western side of the park are a forest and the alkaline Manyara lake, covering a large area of the park.
Upon entering the park, your driver will open the vehicle roof and you can start your wildlife watching in earnest. Leave the park in the late afternoon and return to Arusha at the drop-off point your choice.
