We had an excellent Tour Director. He knew a great deal and was keen to share this. Highlights included dinner in a family home in Amman, the walk into Petra, the desert camp at Widi Rum and a dinner with Bedouins in a tent, near little Petra. I found the local people extremely hospitable and welcoming. The whole trip exceeded my expectations.

The tour took us to some extraordinarily beautiful locations in Northern Pakistan. The mountains, the valleys, the rushing rivers were all spectacular. The locals were unfailingly welcoming and the diligence of tour leader, Sajid Ali and his team meant we had the very best time. I would highly recommend anyone with a love of 'big scenery' and unspoiled locations to give it a go, as you will not regret it. A truly unforgettable experience.

The hotels were great and well located. The hiking was challenging. The navigation worked well most of the time. Andros was a beautiful place and well worth visiting. Recommend staying in Rafina the first night and taking the ferry the following morning. Otherwise it is a very long travel day.

This was a fabulous walking trip in spectacular surroundings. Our guide was excellent, informative, pleasant and helpful. The walking is challenging in places - negotiating rocky stretches, some steep gravelly parts, but manageable when taken carefully. The guide gave good advice on negotiating the tricky parts. Other parts were much easier.

A very well organised walking holiday which included the underground city and a museum. The itinerary was not in the same order as published but didn't miss anything out. The hotel was well placed for balloon viewing in the morning before we set out, with them often coming right over us. The walking was challenging and long enough for the majority age group with some slight scrambles and most days some steep slippery parts with sand and gravel on rock. Poles recommended. I wouldn't have wanted to do this trip in winter, late September was perfect. We always got time for a lunch break either in a town or a picnic at a drinks cafe. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk into town for dinner on the nights that were not group meals. There was a restaurant at the hotel but we didn't use it until the last night. Better value in town. The pick up and return to the airport was also very good, as was our guide and driver. The landscapes are amazing. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone used to a bit of walking.
