The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Welcome snow squad! Here in Queenstown (Thuna) we have one very clear and common agenda: the perfect week of powder. Whether you're a pro, mid range or beginner, the world-class terrain here is suitable for all skill levels and abilities, and we'll be testing out three of the Southern Hemisphere's best ski fields: Cardrona, Coronet & The Remarkables. Tonights all about settling in and sorting your gear. Later on, it's our first chance to hit up the Queenstown nightlife - shall we start as we mean to go on?PLEASE NOTE: Ski Essentials and Equipment will be available to hire from a local store.
