South Asia Mountain biking Trips

Fantastic! I had some serious concerns about the 2nd day ride and whether or not you were trying to kill us. But I was in shape for the hardest day! Yay!

Just returned from an incredible cycling tour of Namibia — truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! 🚴‍♀️ The landscapes were stunning, the wildlife unforgettable, and the people made it even more special. Huge thanks to Gabriel, our fantastic tour leader, for his deep knowledge of the country and fascinating insights; Mr. Happy, our wonderful cook, for keeping us so well-fed and cheerful; and Mad Max, our skilled and spirited driver, for making every journey safe. The absolute highlight? Cycling through a reserve park and getting amazingly close to a rhino mum and her calf — a magical moment I’ll never forget. I’d highly recommend this tour to all nature and adventure lovers — Namibia is such a unique and special place. Just be prepared for a few nights of camping and plenty of early starts to beat the heat — it’s all part of the experience!

From the night train from Ulaanbaator onwards, this was a trip packed full of memorable moments. Cycling across the steppes, up and down the "killer passes", navigating the river crossings, camping in the wilds and the savouring the culinary delights rustled up to satiate our appetites will all live long in the memory.

We loved our Bike and Sail (which was actually a Bike and Boat since the boat didn't have sails). The boat was extremely comfortable with excellent A/C in the lower level where our room was. The dining room was always too warm because even though it had A/C, the open door and another smaller opening near the bar allowed hot air to enter the room. Would be nice if fans were present in the dining area. But all in all, the trip was a good experience!

Awesome trip, a unique experience. Every aspect felt special from start to finish. Bata and his support team did everything possible to give us the best Mongolian experience. A great blend of cycling, culture and freshly cooked traditional food along the way.

The Croatia bike and sail was excellent. The food on board was outstanding and the crew and guides were excellent. Great communication on our daily activities and itinerary with a strong focus on safety. However, I felt that we could have done more daily cycling given that many of us were on e-bikes. We averaged about 30 kms daily. I would have liked it if an option to do more cycling was an option as there were a few days when we had 4 plus hours to fill - with not much else to do on the islands.
