We had beautiful weather and the places were beautiful! We had excellent tour manager and our tour driver was excellent! Katie Hart and Paul our driver went out of there way to help everyone and stop at everything we needed to see! My best park was Zion and Bryce Canyon but all of them were great!

Our tour manager, Becky, made our trip the most memorable. She connected with everyone and knew how to engage us at another level. Each daily eco tour we went on emersed us in nature and wildlife. Becky's enthusiasm was contagious. I felt like I had a personal assistant always looking out for us, and sharing her culture with us. Now I have to go on another Collette tour to see if they are all like our trip to Costa Rica. We never felt rushed, always knew what was next, and the itinerary was excellent. I especially loved the random stops and local interactions we got to experience.

We started in Calgary went to Waterton park for a couple days then to Banff and back to Calgary . The road trip to Banff was great scenery was amazing we even got held up by a cattle crossing and a long horn sheep crossing as well . Ben (tour manager) and Ash (the bus driver) worked great together . They even bought coffee and donuts on the ride with trivia

Our tour guide, Steve was excellent. He sent info about getting to the hotel a week before we left home. He answered questions quickly. He sent links to the restaurants that we would be near at lunchtime. He was friendly and professional. The hotel was in an excellent downtown location, close to numerous restaurants. This tour was breathtaking! Everything was amazing. The history that our tour guide Ben provided was so interesting . Going onto a Glacier was unbelievable. In Glacier National Park going up to the sun road was just beautiful the views were spectacular. I would go back again.
