Our tour guide and bus driver were fantastic - Luiz and Thor. The waterfalls glaciers black sand beaches, everything was great. Just needed more time for shopping and local eats.

The whole experience was spectacular! Seeing the glaciers, the magnificent waterfalls, the volcanic landscapes, swimming in the hot springs, the variety of food at our breakfast and dinners. Getting to know people from different places and countries was amazing! Made many new friends. Since we didn't go in November, we didn't get to see the puffins but the black beach and the diamond beach were unbelievable, something I will never forget! The tour guide and the driver had so much experience in the Iceland area that there was nothing that we did not know. We pretty much stayed in the south end of Iceland and saw many waterfalls some frozen and some just magnificent! I would love to go back and see more of Iceland when the puffins are there and when daylight is more than 6 hours long. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget. This was our first tour with Trafalgar, and it truly exceeded our expectations. was outstanding — always keeping us informed and comfortable. was excellent as well; he was punctual, patient, helpful with our luggage, and made us feel safe with his driving. guided us during snowshoeing and aurora hunting, and he was wonderful. Our snowmobile guides also took great care of us. The Aurora dinner was nice, though we grew tired standing by the firepit too long, and the sled ride might have been better scheduled earlier. Our husky adventure, however, was exceptional. , our guide in Stockholm, was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Overall, the trip was smooth, well organized, and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better first experience with Trafalgar.

A well organized Arctic adventure, featuring snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, a visit to an ice hotel, a reindeer farm and an Arctic zoo. It was great to learn about the Sami people, church towns as well as the history and features of Finland and Sweden.

The trip to Iceland through Collette was a grand adventure. The hotel accommodations and meals provided were superb. Each day was packed full of exciting activities. The only disappointments were the hurricane force winds at one of the beaches and that the Northern Lights didn't cooperate with a glorious show while we were in Iceland and those aren't Collette's fault. Our tour director was very knowledgably but I couldn't understand most of what she said because she talked too fast and has a very strong accent. Our bus driver was fantastic. He was an excellent driver, friendly and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about Iceland which he shared.

It was a great tour we did a lot, Rosalinda was a very knowledgeable guide. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Seeing the northern lights in Iceland has been on my list of places to visit for years and it finally happened.
