Covers the diverse regions of Portugal, all at a relatively relaxed pace. It had a great mixture of planned activities and sufficient free time to do some deeper exploration on our own.

Amazing adventure, truly the treasures of Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Got to experience the sights, sounds and culture of these amazing cities. Local dining options gave us the chance to experience wonderful cruises. Every detail was taken care of during our trip. Hotels were all great and in fantastic locations. The best tour guide and bus driver ever !!!

Portugal is a lovely country with amazing culture, history, and scenery. I especially enjoyed visiting the Algarve region, Fatima, and Porto. I loved the port wine, tiled structures, and beautiful filigree. Above all else, our tour guide, Sabrina, and coach driver, Filipe, were outstanding. We definitely had the Insight A-Team guiding us through Portugal.

It may not be a relaxing holiday, but it is certainly an exciting, engaging, and eye opening one. Leave your experience of Europe in the hands of the experts and you’ll get the very best.

This is a fairly rigorous itinerary and there is a lot of walking involved, as you would expect in Europe. Sidewalks are sometimes narrow and cobble stoned. If you have any difficulty maintaining balance and walking over a mile at a time, this itinerary will tax your ability. If you take advantage of the many additional tours offered, many of which are in the morning, and evening meals, you are in the coach from 8 am until 9 pm.

A great experience of Spain and Portugal giving us an understanding of the culture and history. Our favorite experiences were seeing the Port cellar, the olive mill, and the winery. Learning the history of how these industries have affected the culture and how important they remain to these nations was wonderful. We also enjoyed the many cathedrals and each one’s unique history. Overall a very enjoyable, informative experience.
