The Focus on Ireland trip was a great introduction to Ireland with a variety of locations to visit, nice hotels and good food. Our tour guide, Cherryl was very good, sharing lots of fun facts and information about areas we visited. Our bus driver, Paddy, was also great and the coach very comfortable, There was adequate time at each location and time for shopping, and exploring or heading to a pub. The local tour guides were very good in the places we visited on the optional excursions. Would recommend taking an extra day or two in Dublin before or after the trip to have time to see more of Dublin, (recommend making reservations ahead of time if wanting to go to Guinness Storehouse.) Weather is variable so pack a raincoat. We enjoyed this tour.

The trip to Romania was amazing. Highly recommend. Razvan and Geo were great. Our safety, enjoyment and comfort were their priority at all times. I was a bit worried about dogs running out at us but 90 % of them weren't interested , and with the few that were, Razvan and Geo knew just how to deal with them and they shooed away easily. We learnt a lot about Romanian social and political culture and visited some great places on the itinerary. If you have an extra day in Bucharest I recommend the outdoor museum , allow the best part of a day for this.

This was a good trip at the start of the Summer season in Slovenia and as such it wasn't too busy and the weather was perfect. The itinerary was very good. Slovenia is a very clean and safe country with some great scenery and cuisine. The Explore leader Lukas was excellent and everything went like clockwork.

In Depth is absolutely the case for tour with a focus on learning and understanding all the sites visited. Antonio was a tireless guide and a sociable host. Sicily has an incredible collection of World Heritage sites, beautiful coast and fabulous food. It felt safer than other tourist destinations and less “tourist-weary”. Hotels were in ideal locations for the very busy itinerary and some had more facilities than others but the welcome was always genuine. I feel very fortunate to have seen Sicily in the way we were able to on this tour

A fabulous trip giving us the chance to experience the beauty of rural Transylvania. Our guide Raz and driver Geo made the trip extra special by sharing their experiences of the history of the country and they went above and beyond expectations in looking after us. We were a small group of 7 with 4 ebikes so the cycling was easy and we kept a consistent pace. It was good to stay in a mixture of guest houses and hotels, with 4 excellent included meals. Raz organised group meals for the other evenings. The only minor negative points were one hotel where the staff could do with a lesson in customer service! and it would have been better if the bikes had mudguards.

Although the pace was rather quick, with overnight stays the norm, the trip itself covered a lot of ground and gave the travelers a great look at life in Scandinavia. Since this trip was in early May, we had the opportunity to experience both winter and spring. The longer daylight gave us plenty of time to explore the cities although the hotels could improve on their blackout curtains for those who are sensitive to light when sleeping. The tour director and coach driver were excellent and made the trip a joy.
