Zurich Tours in Winter

Lucerne was nice, as expected. A walkable neighborhood with old churches, chapel bridge and Lion monument within the city center. Except for the scenic train ride over the Bernina pass from St. Moritz to Poschiavo, through the UNESCO world heritage site, there’s not much to do in St. Moritz. The great train ride through Swiss Alps to Grindelwald was enjoyable. Enjoyed the panoramic view of the glacier from the Eiger and Jungfrau mountains via gondola and cogwheel rides. Most highlights are optional excursions though. It would be nice if the tour included a visit to an important museum. Thank you

The trip was well managed and conducted thanks to Eric. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Kudos to him Hotels could be much better. Some rooms AC/heater was not working. Transport was good, the buses were comfortable. Airport transfers were also well managed. Look forward to my next trip

It was a great time travelling to Europe. Transport arrangements were good, schedule was well managed and on time. Choice of hotels could be much better. Breakfast in Rome and Switzerland were good. Eric was exceptional as a tour guide. He kept the group together, on time, was funny, and gave us many useful recommendations and history information. All the best to Eric for all his future trips Look forward to travelling with Europamundo again

We were not able to go to the optional places like moulin rouge and mt titlis instead we witnessed grindelwald but was not able to explore there for long time or be part of any activities like sledging etc.Hence the rating is marked as poor for the optionals. All our guides Rene, Nacho and Isolda were good when showing us around the place.

Travel agent fail to give us accurate info. Told us the first tour we chose wasnt available when it was. When reach to ask her to correct transfer info she said she would call back and never did. We had to pay and additional 39 when we already had paid 87 according to our invoice. We never heard back from Angela instead Gabriela the tour guide assisted us.

The bus driver Pedro was very careless with our luggage. My new luggage has scratches due to his carelessness. Gabriela was a great guide at all aspects.
