Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. The best part was it’s carefully planned itinerary. Though it was slightly hectic with early departure every day, but the area covered necessitated that. The free time for meals and free choice are hallmark of Europamundo. The tour guide Mr Antonio Tito was excellent and had to handle with passengers speaking different languages. May be it’s a better idea to club passengers of same language for smoother running of the trip. The hotels were good but some had infrastructure problems like bathroom door remained ajar, no telephone in room etc. On arrival, the transport was not available on time, and I had to make international call to contact your emergency and then they sent the cab. It was rather frustrating. Overall, it’s a good experience, but could have been better.

Every thing was good hotels in Zurich was perfect also in Roma and very very thanks to our tour guide she’s name is Eva she was the best of our trip and I hope I will go all my tours with europmound and with Eva 🤍🌹
Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. The trip was well-organized, with ample breaks and friendly, professional drivers who ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience from one destination to another. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. The experience was well worth the price, and I highly recommend it to my friends and family for their future travels.
Our tour guide Angela was very good. It would have been good if the bus had wifi which we had before with europamundo when we traveled in 2019. It would also be good if the stop overs would be at places with better food choices.
Hotel stay Campanille in Paris was not nice. It was a small accommodation with poor service and facilities. As for the circuit hunting for Indian food in an unknown country was a big problem especially with children. Care must be taken to ensure that people are stopped at good restaurants for food.
Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.
