Zurich Sightseeing Trips

Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. My tour guide was highly professional and incredibly warm-hearted. He helped our group tirelessly and with great patience. He assisted elder tour members by carrying their luggage when we arrived at the hotels. In addition, he personally guided tour members to various sites and locations. On several occasions, he ran around to find tour members who had gotten lost. He also helped tour members to relocate personal belongings that were left in the hotels. He is truly an exceptional tour guide

We had so much fun in Switzerland. The landscape/ views were breathtaking. The tour was awesome; Israel, Mariella, and the driver Nuno were amazing, positive, funny- it was an incredible experience with lots of history. Would do a tour again with Europamundo Would be helpful to have an audio book or some sort of intro by a Swiss citizen so we can feel fully immersed in the culture.

Throughout the tour we were dropped off at a meeting point and told to meet there at a certain time. This is fine but we were given very little information about what to see in each city and instead had to Google search everything about everything in the city. I wish we had skipped the town about William Tell before Interlaken and spent more time thereInterlaken. Our tour guide was super nice , but I wish she was more involved.

Other than the ease of the entire trip, our fantastic guide Rafael, the amazing locations and itinerary, the five star nightly accommodations, … the best part was being able to spend the trip with my son without a worry as everything was done for us. I, however, need to elaborate a little about our guide. Rafael had to speak 4 different languages on our trip and he was always making certain everyone on the bus was addressed correctly and all their questions were answered. He was alarmed when a guest went missing and worked feverishly to locate her without interrupting the rest of our tour day. He also was extremely pleasant to deal with and I plan on arranging my next tour wherever he is scheduled to be on. Thank you for the trip of my life.
