Nice Tours in July 2026

Apart from the first evening in a hotel with no functioning air con and temps of plus 30 which was a poor start, the tour was otherwise very well organised with terrific destinations and a good amount of free to organised time. Our tour guide Eva was lovely and accommodated us well. And Alec was a very good and safe driver and our van modern and delightfully air conditioned. The group was mainly delightful company. My only concern related to two passengers, husband and wife, who constantly coughed and hacked their way on the bus and at meals throughout the entire tour. The coughing only abated in the final couple of days. Apart from being desperately unpleasant for the rest of us, it was a small miracle that none of us fell ill. In my opinion there should be a Blue-Roads policy that sick passengers are not permitted to travel on the tour and risk the heath of the group who naturally have ongoing travel plans. We should have to sign up to leaving the tour and make our own return travel plans with your assistance if we are clearly and visibly unwell.

Tour guide, coach and coach driver were excellent. Sites were well chosen, and the tour guide left us to our own self exploratory at times. Dinners were good but some of the accommodation was a little off in terms of room comfort. Breakfasts were quite good also. Certainly good value.

Great experience, Nathalie was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable. Well-planned selection of varied activities i.e. stained glass museum visit, trips to local vineyards and cheese tasting. Blue-Roads did not dissappoint! 5*

Great from start to finish , it’s hard to pick a highlight everything was superb. Spectacular scenery fantastic company and excellent leader in Max and Ken good sense of humour and story telling.

Overall a very enjoyable tour and is perfect for summer time as it’s a combination of city sightseeing with relaxing on the beach. We even had some time yo go to the outlet just outside of Florence and my wife was very happy with shopping and then we stopped at one of the wineries nearby. Very nice hotels and good breakfasts. Easy to travel by train and just a short flight to Barcelona. Next time we would like to see more of Spain. We traveled in June 2023.

Highly recommend this company and our tour guide Laura, it's the best spent in Nice, it's so much fun wandering around with the segway in Old Nice, Laura speaks multiple languages well and very knowledgeable. She started with very professional teaching session of using the segway, which is not hard at all. Then we visited all different tourist spots in Old Nice, then we went up to the top of castle hill with the segway to see the most stunning view, you can see the full picture of Nice, and save you walking under the heat all the way up. We had our best time with Laura. More than 5 stars if I could give out.
