Normandy. Giverny. Monet's gardens and house Mont St. Michel Dinner at the Eiffel Tower It was a great itinerary but some things could have been improved. The caberet show was not worth the cost. Seating was very cramped and the view was poor. The wine tasting was a bit disappointing. We were in a crowded room with no seats. Some hotels were located out of the way and had very small rooms
The tour was everything my wife and I hoped it would be. The diversity of the areas we saw gave us a great overall view of France. The small towns of the countryside to the city of Paris, what a great experience. My favorite was touring the D-Day areas. It is so moving to know what happened there, and the courage shown by so many. They truly earned the name, "The Greatest Generation", they saved the world.
Tour Manager was note very informative or knowledgeable at times. Tour Manager could have spent more time getting to know the clients. Some hotels were substandard. Too few meals included. Too much free time. A couple of too long trips in the bus without a comfort stop.
Needed more time at Normandy sites. Hotels were very good. Food was good. Would have preferred to skip apple processing company if that would have freed up time for Normandy/Paris
The garden tor was so crowdd I would rather not have attended
