We saw so much - this was a fabulous tour for seeing Versailles, Normandy & Paris. Would have enjoyed seeing a couple more chateaus in the Loire Valley. Did not need to visit an apple orchard - would have preferred seeing another of the Normandy beaches, perhaps Juno. We only went to Omaha Beach. The evening event at Versailles with the fountains, music & fireworks was a wonderful surprise addition to the tour. Thank you!!!! Dinner at the Eiffel Tower was such a special way to wrap up the Collette tour.
I was extremely impressed by the Normandie part of the trip and all the cities involved, but I was not prepared for how the Paris sites blew me away. The dinner at the tower and the structure itself was worth the price. We also appreciated the professionalism and the willingness to go beyond the needs of the entire group by the tour director Diana. Bless all those that died during the liberation.
Normandy area; time in Paris; only down side - more free time and not on a Sunday - everything closed. Tour Manager - fabulous!!!
