Machu Picchu City sightseeing Trips

The travel team designed a solo trip to Buenos Aires and Patagonia for me last year which was outstanding, so when I decided to go to Peru and Machu Picchu, I asked them to design a tour for me again. And again I was thrilled with their services! They tailored the trip to my specific interests and made adjustments as we went through the initial planning stagings until the trip was exactly what I wanted. When I travel alone in foreign countries, I don't want to have to worry about issues with transportation, safety, or unexpected changes to the itinerary. They arranged everything for me - transportation from each location with a driver and a bilingual guide to explain that portion of my trip. There were heavy rains in Machu Picchu before my arrival so some trails were closed and they made last minute arrangements for alternatives without problem. They provide you with multiple ways to contact them 24/7 while you're traveling, and I had to contact them once in the middle of the night to confirm a pickup time - they responded on What's App within 2 minutes and got the issue sorted immediately. I will use their company for any of my travels to South America - they are local experts, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional. I would recommend the team without hesitation. Thank you 🙂🙂

This trip Will be in my mind as one of the best, the staff were so considerate with each detail, the driver were so Careful and the guide very knowledgeable, He made our day with such excellent explanation and his good mood, besides showed He is passionate for his job!

I had the best experience in my trip to Cusco in Peru, the tour operator team was very attentive at all times. They waited for me at the airport on time, my visit to the Sacred Valley was excellent and when I went to Machu Picchu, I was able to fulfill my biggest dream and get to know one of the wonders of the modern worl . You coordinated the land content, local transfers and flights to make it a smooth trip with minimal overlaps and provided good contact details for us to use if we were in difficulty. Our favourite hotel was Aranwa Scared Valley. The hotel was very well designed. The rooms were spacious, modern and had all the extras you would see in a good 5 star hotel. The grounds were well maintained and the landscaping was very interesting. Besides a theatre with evening shows and popcorn, there was an art gallery, well restored church, great pool area and many dining options. The staff were always helpful and worked well with our travel agent manage our bags left behind. The day trip to Machu Picchu, was the best!

I wanted to have a South American company look after our trip because they have far more expertise than trying to organize this from Canada. We did have to agree with you that Iguazu Falls were far superior to our Niagara Falls so this was definitely a highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of Buenos Aires which you so wonderfully shared with us. We really enjoyed the Fierro in BA - it felt very personal and they were so enthusiastic about advising us on any of our questions. The other 2 hotels were more of a "big city" experience but we were still very happy with them. We really enjoyed our day out at the ranch in BA - felt like a different world for us and very unique. Dale is still telling everyone about the demonstration we saw by the young gaucho who showed us how he breaks in a horse - it was breathtaking to watch him put the horse on his back, climb on the horse's stomach and then press his head against the horse's like they were kissing. We have never seen anything else like it..... We loved having you take care of us in BA, especially assisting my quick visit to the hospital where we really didn't lose any time. Our guide in Iguazu was also good but you were exceptional! Keep up the good work - great experience for both Dale and I and we will be coming to BA again!
