day 1 - Cusco arrival & city tour

Meet our representative at the airport and drive to your hotel in Cusco. Since Cusco is located 3,400m above sea level, we recommend that you take the morning flight as this will provide you with more time to acclimatize.

The city tour will begin at 1:30 in the afternoon. See some of the most spectacular places in and around Cusco including the Cusco Cathedral, Qoriqancha Temple, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay.

The tour comes to an end in the main square of Cusco. Head for your hotel after the tour is over or enjoy an evening stroll in the city on your own. Stay overnight in Cusco.

day 2 - Cusco - Pisac & train to Aguas Calientes

Your driver will pick you up from the hotel at At 8:00 AM. Drive to Pisac, a village known as much for its Inca ruins as for its bustling handicraft market. Head for the town of Urubamba, where we will stop to take our lunch in a beautiful tourist restaurant.

Visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo in the afternoon before taking the train to the town of Aguas Calientes. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Our representative will drive you to your hotel from the station. Meet your tour guide and learn more about tomorrow's journey to Machu Picchu. Stay overnight in Aguas Calientes.

day 3 - Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu (full day tour) - Cusco

We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and take you to the bus station. Enjoy your 30-minute journey to Machu Picchu. Reach the Inca citadel and start your guided tour of the area (3 hours approximately). You have free time to explore Machu Picchu on your own after that.

Take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, from where you will board the train to Ollantaytambo. Meet our representative at the station and travel to Cusco, where you will stay overnight.

day 4 - Cusco - Maras & Moray half-day tour

Your driver will pick you up at the hotel at 8:00 AM and drive you to Moray, a famous archaeological site in Peru. Learn more about the significance of this place from your guide before heading for Maras, an impressive place with more than 2,000 salt pits that are still in use. Return to Cusco at the end of the tour, at 2:00 PM.

day 5 - Rainbow Mountain full day tour

We will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 AM in the morning and take you to the bus station where you will catch the bus to Rainbow Mountain. The journey by bus takes approximately 3.5 hours and terminates in Quesiouno (4,326m above sea level).

Enjoy your breakfast before starting your 3.5-hour hike. See beautiful landscapes, canyons and glaciers along the way. Reach Rainbow Mountain, located 5.020m above sea level. You have some free time to enjoy the beauty of the mountain and take pictures.

Walk back to Quesiouno, where you will have your lunch before taking the bus back to the imperial city of Cusco.

day 6 - Cusco departure
