North America Chill out Trips

The itinerary was perfectly fitting to the name of the tour with all things to do with music and food relating to the states visited being broadly covered. We loved the optional excursions and the famous museums and places of interest. Our Tour Director was amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure with Trafalgar. Being able to experience so much in Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans as well as visiting a cotton plantation in Natchez with a group of very nice fellow travellers was perfect. The tour director Ann and the driver Derrick were both very good and we travelled on a comfortable coach. The Gaylord Hotel in Nashville was amazing. The highlight for me was a watching a live radio show being recorded at the Grand Old Opry with a surprise visit by Garth Brooks on my birthday. I am so pleased I picked Trafalgar for this trip.

Wonderful tour guide and the opportunity to get to see and experience so many famous places in the south. The hotels we stayed at were top notch and the tour bus was excellent.

The itinerary was packed! So many experiences were included that we would not have been able to arrange on our own (Cash family performance at the Country Music Hall of Fame, RCA Studio B in Nashville), and the BE MY GUEST dinner in Natchez, for example. I am not the world's biggest country music fan but I enjoyed everything! The evening at the Grand Ole Opry was a real highlight as well!!! A great value for the money when you break down included meals, lodging, admissions, transportation and local guides. The hotels in Nashville and New Orleans were especially good, and their breakfast buffets had lots of variety. As with all of your tours I appreciated the ample opportunity to explore on our own. Our Tour Director gave us suggestions for meals and photo ops to investigate in our free time and she did not lead us astray.

We enjoyed our tour tremendously . we visited areas and saw gthings we didn"t on previous tours. The tours where not as exhausting as previous tour to Hawaii. There was down time to just enjoy being there. Elizabeth Wallace was a fantastic tour guide. She was very full of knowledge of the islands and culture. She took care of everyone as if we where family. She was a fantastic guide and host and even helped my wife and I through the departure to our airport proper gate at airport. I think she really helped make our 50th wedding anniversary celebration very special. She is a fantastic. guide and are looking forward to maybe more trips with here. I think Colete is a fine company and with ******* like Elizabeth I am sure it will continue.

This trip was amazing, start to finish. We missed our first flight due to our mistakes, but we contacted Collette and they were amazing in handling this mistake. They took care of us and arranged for another flight the next day. They also contacted our tour guide and made arrangements for her to greet us the next day and update us on what we missed. We were disappointed that we missed out on an excursion that was top of our list, but this awesome tour guide gave us options to go on our own for that day or continue on with the rest of the tour itinerary. She provided us with very important contact information needed to go on our own for that special excursion. We decided to go on our own for that day and she informed us what, where, and when to coordinate with the rest of the group when we were to get together for our meet and greet supper. I can't give enough praise and appreciation to Collette and who they select to provide us with the absolute best of the vacation experience. We will definately be booking with Collette again.
