Favorite experience was seeing the Rockettes Holiday Show. It was fabulous! The bus tour from the 9-11 Memorial was extra lengthy, we thought. Not sure if it was traffic or construction or what(?), but it seemed it took us at least an hour longer to get back to the hotel than it took to get there. The included restaurants were great. We loved our tour guide Robert Rubinski. Kathy Fil was very knowledgeable and interested in our experiences.
The New York City Holiday Tour on 11-15 December 2025 was AWESOME! Great tour guide Matt, great bus driver Franklin, and hosts from KCRG-TV Joe and Terri Winters were amazing and made the tour very enjoyable and organized. We saw most of the NYC highlights and the Broadway musical MG The Musical was awesome. As far as my most favorite memorable experience was between the Rockettes and the Christmas lights in Times Square. They were amazing. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Times Square and we could walk anywhere within 10-15 minutes. Plus, we even enjoyed the first measurable snowfall in NYC the day we visited the 911 memorial. Collette did a great job!
Enjoyed the trip, loved the festive setting with snow and Christmas festivities. Quebec City had some lovely shops and restaurants, enjoyed the french influence and Canadian French people. Montreal was a lot more urban but enjoyed the market there and ventured over to the mall for indoor shopping. We took a uber and went to some more shopping locations than were on the itinerary. The Christmas markets were small so it didnt take much time, but we found some nice downtown shops to walk to and restaurants to enjoy lattes and pasteries. It was a great trip!
The excursions and transportation were well done. The free time worked well with our group. Most memorable experience was the Rockettes Show. Our tour guide Colini Isreal was exception! He was very knowledgeable. Professional, and humorous. His care and management of our large group was very well done. He had a way that was encouraging and kept the group on track. He earned a 15 on a ten point scale.
We throughly enjoyed our trip to the Christmas Markets of Montreal and Quebec. It was cold and windy a few of the days, but that is to be expected in Canada in December. We chose to drive from southern Mass, and it was an easy drive, even though it snowed most of the way. Our tour took us around the cities of each place, and pointed out the highlights of each. We then visited the Christmas Markets in each city. Quebec City was our favorite. The markets there were the best, as were the stores. Chateau Frontenac was beautiful and a must in Quebec City. Bernadette was a great tour manager finding great bus stops and keeping us entertained on the bus. We enjoy the restaurants chosen for dinner, as well as the two excursion; the 'Yule log' making and the breakfast in the sugar shack. Very enjoyable!
Ellen’s Stardust Cafe was so worthwhile. The waiters and waitresses were so talented!!!! There was one young woman singing in an operatic voice and she was unbelievable!!! Her singing was so effortless, I thought she could have lifted the roof off the building. Her lungs never seemed to give out of air. Could have listened to her for forever.
