Tour guide did a wonderful job keeping everyone's luggage and everyone where it and they should be. Included meals were wonderful except for 1 at the first hotel we stayed at. The breakfasts everywhere were fabulous. So much fresh fruit and variety. Only disappointment was that our snorkeling and whale watching tours were canceled because of weather issues.

Excellent

I could not believe how simple it was to book my trip with CharlieTheTraveler. The Dominican Republic is an amazing mesh of cultural and natural sites and this company captured that perfectly for me. I felt the activities had variety and were all interesting.

Tour guide Kevin is a really nice guy and an excellent tour guide. He made me comfortable and was very approachable. He was awesome! Hawaii is an amazing place to visit and I would really recommend it. The tour included very interesting and beautiful stops.

Let’s be clear - this is a great 2-week holiday and includes one of the highlights of Guatemala. It’s very well-balanced, comprising as it does three elements - Mayan sites/history (the best being at Tikal), great wildlife (on earth, sea and in the air) and finally two days out on the Cayes, by boat (few people know Belize has part of the world’s second-largest barrier reef!). The balance between those 3 elements could be tweaked but that is a matter of opinion and for another time…… The accommodation was excellent, with one exception (Sea Spray Hotel), the food was better than we had expected, also with one exception (at the Cahal Pech Hotel) and the beers and cocktails of high quality! Our guide (Tarique) kept us all safe and on track with admirable energy and good-humour!

The representatives at the sites we saw/toured were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and share history and processes. When we didnt have a special speaker the tour guide was able to share so much history and interesting ffacts about the islands. The time seem to go too fast some times it was so interesting.

Traveling with Collette is a first class experience all the way. They handle all the details and had an experienced Tour Manager that helped guide us along the way. I would highly recommend booking the Road to Hana excursion with Collette when you book the tour. Provided meals were all excellent. Each provided meal was either a buffet or a choice of 3 or 4 entrees that sometimes made choosing just one entree very difficult. The resorts we stayed in were all beach front and first class resorts. A very memorable trip!
