A fantastic 15 day adventure! I wish we had a bit more time to enjoy some of the venues, it was such a great trip. Our tour director Zach was amazing, our driver Mike was terrific and each of the local “Specialists”, were very knowledgeable and entertaining . Accommodation's were perfect, with great breakfast options. There wasn’t one ‘special dinner’ we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. So much fun! Loved that we were offered additional experiences that took us to remote private or special venues. I would definitely advise anyone to take advantage of every possible additional experience 👍👍

The 11 day excursion was perfect. We circled around Ireland, seeing the best sites. We had a wonderful tour director who took care of all the planning and a terrific driver who navigated our course flawlessly. Between the fantastic Irish scenery, the natural wonders and the history, it was a well rounded tour. Some days were spent at ancient sites and others with the everyday Irish lifestyle. I highly recommend Trafalgar as a touring company and Ireland as a lovely and peaceful destination.

My husband and I had a fabulous time on this trip. One of the best perks of being on a tour is that you can see places or have activities that you cannot experience on your own. Aside from the Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Castle and going to Killarney, Limerick, Dublin, Waterford, we were treated to three wonderful pubs off the beaten path, a medieval banquet, hurling lessons, a visit to a famine ship, a sheep farm, and incredible vistas. As a singer, I was also happy to be able to sing in a pub. So much craic! But even better was meeting all our travel companions! I miss it already.

The guide MADE the trip. It was really fun, the only disappointing thing was when I had looked at the 2024/2025 Insight Guide Book we were going to be staying at Ashford Castle and I did not realize till I was on the trip and speaking with another guest that we would be staying at Ashford Lodge.
