Each day was well planned out with lots to do, but also stops for bathrooms and food and breaks. The local guides were great and I really enjoyed the bus tours of each city where we covered a lot of ground in a short time.

The details provided by Europamundo are indeed very helpful. The itinerary was almost followed. No complaints. However, a suggestion that since people travelling are new to the places mentioned it is your responsibility to create it in such a way that they can enjoy the trip. Too many places 12 included in our 7 nights 8 days trip left little time to actually absorb the wibe of the place.

Tour leader Gaby was amazing. Daily itinerary fast paced but worthwhile to explore the sights. Was given incorrect collection time information in MyTrip and voucher I received didn’t not confirm time. Was not until I contacted via the app that I was told the collection time for the transfer from pre night hotel to the tour start hotel. Overall great experience

Itinerary was fully packed as expected. However, day available at London on 20th May was not correctly utilized. Of full available day, some people went for optional Windsor Trip and rest were left own their own to move about. It could have been well organized to include London Eye/River Cruse/Wax Museum/Hyde or Reagent Park etc for the all passengers as a whole even if costs entrance fee which may be charged in the total tour costs. Other tour operators always include these important tourist attractions in London. Atleast two nights stay must be planned at important cities to make it enjoyable and less hectic even if some less important places need to be excluded in the itinerary. Rushing and trying to cover maximum cities kills the leisure time.

The best part of the trip was Ireland. The trip was smooth and the place was beautiful. London Heathrow Airport was a disaster. We missed our connecting flight to Dublin. Due to the strike going on, we could not find anybody to book us on another American Flight because there was nobody at the counter. We had to pay to get a flight to take us to Dublin. Our luggage was lost as well due to this mayhem. When we got to Paris, we could not enter the Palace of Versailles or go to the Molin Rouge because there were no tickets available. We should have been advised to buy them ahead of time by the guide if she knew that this could happen.

This is not a usual tour but like a hop on hop off tour.. people joined and left our group at nearly every point along the way. We had six different tour guides not including the local tour guides. The tour was mostly Spanish speaking and the guides said everything in both English and Spanish which became annoying for both English speaking and Spanish speaking passengers.. Every optional outing was cancelled and the moulin rouge outing was booked for the 11pm show which didn’t finish til after 1am and had to be back on the bus at 7.30am.. there were children and babies on the tour which some might not like. The only time it bothered me was when the teething baby’s dirty diapers were put in the bin on the bus stinking out the back of the bus. One of the buses we were on for the uk leg of our trip was obviously designed to carry small children. The seats were tiny and the seat in front of you pushed on your knees and if the person in front reclined their seat it was only inches from your face. I couldn’t even look at my iPad as it wouldn’t fit between me and the seat in front and the air conditioner was not working on the first day.. I have never considered leaving a tour half way through before but I actually looked up renting a car to continue the tour myself.. we were taken to some places after close time like the tower of London when it would have made more sense to do the bus tour of the sites that evening and take us to the tower when it was open.. I did enjoy the tour as it was my first time in Europe and most of our guides were great but I would never book a Europamundo tour again
