Ireland Sightseeing Tour Reviews
Honest insights from past guests on our Sightseeing Ireland tours
Great experience with friends and seeing all the sights of Ireland. The guide, James, was awesome and very knowledgeable. We were able to get to key sights before the crowds and enjoy the experience without the heavy crowds. The food was bit disappointing. We suggest that more of the group meals occur at a local restaurant rather than being held at the hotels. The final meal at the restaurant was fantastic and would've liked more of this experience throughout the trip.
I did not have the Brendan vacation that i contracted and paid for. Instead, I was moved to a Trafalgar tour without any prior notification. If they are indeed transferable programs, why do you have two different brands? I do not appreciate the lack of transparency. The hotel accommodations were inconsistent. One was under construction and had no operating elevator. Not ideal for senior travelers. What could you have done better? Communicate honestly with the customer!!
Fast-paced, included Northern Ireland which was still cold in June, great tour guide, no air-conditioning in Waterford hotel (if you’re traveling in late June or July), and you need a jacket due to the winds. Need to be in Waterford on Thursday (instead of Tuesday), because shops are open until 8pm or 9 pm on Thursdays in Waterford. Room was very hot in Waterford, even with a fan and a partially open window. Take lotion and hair conditioner with you, because Trafalgar hotels in Ireland do not provide any. In some hotels, you also need your own Kleenex and shower caps.
Everything was perfect The accommodations were 100% and everything went as planned. The smile smiles, and my children and grandchildren‘s faces.
The best of Ireland was a great way to see the Republic of Ireland. The trip covered all the top spots of Ireland and even included special surprise stops along the way
Travel director included varied sites and activities, I was never bored. Ireland has a rich pub history, I recovering alcoholic may struggle with sobriety during this trip, however, the travel director did facilitate alcohol free options. I found the history timeline valuable during our travels.
