Germany 5-Day Tours and Trips

The tour itself was really nice. Our guides were helpful, courteous and resourceful. We requested the i I ready and hotel information several times before leaving our home country. We did not receive the itinerary until we were in Amsterdam. Our guide was a half hour late and there were three tours staging from the same hotel. It was very confusing and disorganized. There was a lot of switching groups from one bus to another which made our days feel disjointed. We were separated from our main group several times and joined with the Spanish speaking tour. Very little information was offered in English. We were not aware there was an app we could use to help us understand what to expect. I would take another tour with this company now that I have a better understanding if what to expect.

As it was only 3 days I would like to of seen more of a guided trip in Berlin as it was only 3 hours so did not feel it was money well spent we also got left to find our own way back to the hotel. the arrival night it would of been good to have te rep in the hotel early as it was I waited till 8pm and still never saw them and I had no information about meeting times for the next day, I did get a letter posted through my door This trip was not as organised or packed full of things to see and do as my last trip to Italy I felt the italy trip had more to see and do and better organised. I also had to email for my travel voucher and tour information this was not sent to me without requesting it

It is a great value for money trip that covered all the main attractions of each place we visited. It is fast-paced, but we were looking for a tour that captured all the highlights in a short timespan that was fully coordinated with transport, accommodation and guides, we so thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was an amazing experience epically for someone being in Europe for the first time. I got to travel to 4 different countries and visit 4 major cities in the span of 6 days. If you are someone that doesn't need the super fancy hotels and want to experience/have the accountability of traveling in a group I would say this is for you. The people on my trip were amazing and really made our trip. The best part is most of us came alone and just became friends.

This was my first time traveling outside of the country and I enjoyed my first experience. I learned and saw a lot of interesting and historical things. I really enjoyed the boat ride around Charles bridge. I will definitely be using this tour company again when I travel somewhere.

As I was only 1 of 2 English speakers on the tour, I can understand the effort it was for you to accommodate us. But I found that if I was patient, I got a lot from the tour and the guides you provided on the buses. Also, I met a bi-lingual family from Mexico that I was able to befriend during the tour, so that helped a great deal.
