I highly recommend this bike tour. Touring the Mosel on bikes is a great way to immerse yourself in a beautiful part of German life. Most of the people we encountered on the bike path were Germans pedaling by the gorgeousness of the Mosel, sipping Weisswein at Weinhüttes by the river, or camping at one of the many exceptionally charming campgrounds along the way. The accommodations were all comfortable, the bike paths are well maintained and user-friendly, and as a healthy person who does not ride extensively - I was able to complete the journey without any concerns.

The Mosel region is great and we enjoyed the area and experience. We were disappointed with a few things - accommodation was average both in quality and location. We were generally given hotels in towns that were close to the ones advertised. Dinner options were limited as a result. Also, the bikes were very old. I understand there are options to upgrade accommodation and bikes but given the cost of the tour, I expected a higher standard.
