This was my first European trip and it exceeded all my expectations. The side trips were all worthwhile and, although I thought from the descriptions you had to choose between multiple options, they were all available so we didn't miss out on anything. Our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and really took care of everyone. The hotels were in fantastic locations and the restaurant meals were special. Our bus driver was top notch and the seating very comfortable. The tour itself was the right amount of time in each location to feel like you knew and experienced the city enough to perhaps return to a special place on another tour or even on your own. There was always time for shopping or exploring after the optional experiences because the trip was so well timed. I felt immersed and touristy at the same time, which is exactly what I wanted.
