Customer Reviews
Would not recommend this trip to others. 1. The value was poor. I thought I paid quite a fair amount for this trip and decided to treat myself, but there were barely any activities included aside from walking tours, which I can easily book for free in so many other platforms. You need to pay an extra lot for their Free-Time-Adds-on, otherwise you will just be there, having nothing to do all day. 2. The accommodation was way below my expectation. 6 people share a tiny room - I felt suffocated just entering the room.
It would’ve been good to know that I was joining the trip two weeks after everyone had gotten to know each other whilst they went from London to Vienna. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it because they weren’t the most welcoming group. The hostels for the most part were clean and modern. However the hostel in Rome was disgusting. We had mold and rust throughout our room. It took over an hour to check in and be shown our room as they hadn’t prepared the room for us. Other than that the add on activities and destinations were amazing!
An extremely well thought-out and organized trip that catered to people from different backgrounds and of different interests. The accommodation, itinerary, and order of activities all made sense, and the staff took all of the stress out of travel to maximise the fun.
