Everything went by smoothly with no issues in planning and organisation. I absolutely loved my tour guide, Encarni Ruiz, as her flawless services and positive attitude truly enhanced my overall experience. The only thing I would want to have changed was the amount of time devoted to the guided tours as I felt that we were given quite a lot of free time.

I liked that we had time to see/do what we wanted to do yet still received a good overview to places we visited. I didnt like that the optional excursion in Budapest was cancelled as there were already too man tours there.

Loved the tour guide - he did a great job. Would have been nice to have more info on the day details before the day - like long bus day, etc

The nature of the Tour Leader was very friendly. The Hotel we stayed was very good. The Bus Driver was Excellent in his Driving, Very safe and speedy. The local guide were also good
