I did the 18 day in Thailand and then did 9 days experience in Bali. It was the best thing Ive ever done!! I was so nervous before I got that first flight but it turned out to be the best experience. The tour leaders (Sophie D for Thailand, Tess and Monk for Bali) were superb and made me feel very safe and supported on my trips! Cant wait to book my next one ³

I recently went on the Thai Intro 18-day tour, and it was an incredible experience, thanks to our amazing tour leader, Ellie. From the very beginning, Ellie made everyone feel welcome and part of the group. She was not only professional and well-organised but also incredibly personable, making sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the trip. Ellies enthusiasm and positive energy encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, which made the experience even more unforgettable. The trip itself had every detail carefully thought out, from the incredible activities to the transport between locations. The group was extremely fun and supportive. Ellie knowledge of the destinations, along with her kindness and approachability, made the trip unforgettable. Would definitiely recommend to anyone considering doing this, as it was my first solo trip and will be booking into more.

Das Programm ist abwechslungsreich und lohnenswert, so dass man einen tollen Einblick in das Land und die Kultur bekommt. Auch abends bestand immer das Angebot gemeinsam mit der Gruppe wegzugehen (nicht immer im Preis eingeschlossen). Toll war auch unsere Group Leaderin, Tam: sympathisch, motivierend und unterst¼tzend.

Just returned from an incredible 18 day intro Thailand experience with Intro Travel. Our tour leader Tam was amazing, nothing was too much to ask and she went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time. We were in the jungle during the lantern festival and Tam organised our own little lantern experience. Tam made sure that the group was well integrated and that we all had an amazing experience. Any future group would be lucky to have her as their leader.

I have just returned to Scotland from an unforgettable trip to Thailand through Intro, and I can;t recommend this experience enough! She shared insights into the local culture and traditions with her little chats before every activity and the prediction about how long it would take to get to the location. Even when we had a local guide there too, you were made to feel at ease and understand when the language barrier is hard to understand. This made each stop even more meaningful. Whether we were navigating the vibrant streets of Bangkok, exploring the serene beauty of Chiang Mai, or soaking up the sun on the island beaches, Tam was always there with a smile, ready to offer any help if we needed and make sure we were having the best time possible. For example - making sure if there wasnt something on the intro itinerary she would ask if we wanted to do it in free time and help us make it happen! Scuba diving in the Phi Phi islands!!! Tam warmth and dedication truly elevated the trip. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a personalised experience from different cultures. (20 people, 6 countries) I couldnt have asked for a better leader to guide us through this amazing country. Ive just finished the 18 day Thai Intro trip and could not recommend it enough. The trip is packed full of fun activities and places to see that you might not ordinarily go to (I definitely never saw myself staying in a jungle hut) but now I have the best memories and friends for life! Ellie (our group leader) 100000% made the trip. It could be a 4am wake up or 10 hours into a travel day and she would be nothing but infectious, positive, happy vibes. I was able to switch my brain off the whole time (which never happens) as I trusted she would get us from A to B and have everything under control (which she did). She was sooo kind, caring and supportive of us all and nothing felt like too much to ask (not even a shoey lol). She really went above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable. The trip wouldnt have been the same without her making us belly laugh every day or without her incredible karaoke voice ˜

Boom, and then my 18-day intro tour of Thailand is history. It has been an absolutely incredible journey and the amount of events and sights you get to see on such a tour is absolutely insane. The days are packed with activities and you never get bored. Having the best group leader is the candle on top of the cake. Lucy Bell, our amazing outgoing and funny group leader was a big contributor for such a memorable experience. From the start, Lucy set an incredible tone in the group with her professionalism, enthusiasm and great leadership qualities. She took care of all the people in the group and made sure everyone was happy and enjoyed the trip. She continuously made sure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to enjoy the stunning sights and incredible experiences. Lucy was really a caring person seeing each individual in the group and made everyone feel included. In any situation, she organized transportation in a smooth way and even after the trip she helped out finding our way safely to the airport and further. She goes beyond her job and gives so much of her self 24/7. Booking a trip with intro is very recommended. If youre lucky enough, Lucy will be there as your tour leader welcoming you and showing you everything Thailand has to offer. You will not regret it

I have just finished my 18 day Thailand intro trip as a 20 year old solo traveller and have had the absolute best time! It really was full of once in a lifetime experience and couldnt fault any part of the tour. My group leader Zoe was truly one of a kind and i feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful leader :)

Just finished the 18 Day Intro Thailand trip as a 31 Year old female with my friend! I had the most amazing experience with a great group of people and a fantastic group leader, Zoe. There was a great range of activities and optional extras like nights out etc. The accommodation is quite basic but the experience makes up for it! Highlights of the trip were the Phi Phi Islands and the elephant sanctuary!

Just completed the 18 day Thai intro trip. It was a great trip that included a fantastic variety of activities, everything arranged for you and no pressure to take part any extra activities. We had an amazing group leader called Zoe who made the trip for us! Cant thank her enough! Booked another intro trip as everything was so easy on this one - takes the stress out of travelling! Only negative was that the accommodation (rooms, location and pools were good) was not that nice for most the trip.

We experienced a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, from trying local street food to learning about Thailands rich history and culture. So grateful to intro and Lucy although her dance moves could always be improved on.

I had the most incredible experience with Intro in the 18 day Thailand tour. The amount of activities and experiences you get to do is just unbelievable. The easiest stress free travelling experience you could imagine. Our tour leader Molly was an absolute diamond, the best tour leader Ive ever had with intro, she was the happiest, fun loving caring, photograph queen of the trip and it wouldnt have been the same experience without Molly. We had a local guide with us Gigi who could provide us all the local info, and lingo and had the funniest stories to tell. If youre thinking of Thailand, do it with Intro and if youre lucky enough to have Molly as your tour leader then youre experience will be 1000 times better than you could have imagined. One holiday = friends for life. I have just finished the 18 day Intro Thailand tour with my best friend and we have both had the time of our life! Everything was so smooth and organised and we experienced so many amazing activities in the 18 days. This was mainly down to our amazing group leader Molly! She was absolutely fantastic, always smiling and just overall an amazing human being. We have already booked 2 more Intro trips! If you want to travel, meet new friends and not faff about the logistics, Intro is for you.

I recently completed the 18-day Thailand Intro tour with Intro Travel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences Ive ever had! Our Group Leader, Niamh, was incredible ” highly knowledgeable, friendly, fun and very approachable. Niamh took the time to get to know everyone in the group, ensuring that each person felt included and had the best possible experience. Her communication was top-notch, always keeping us well-informed about the daily plan and happy to answer any questions we had. From flights to taxis, ferries and an overnight train, the logistics were seamless, and Niamh made it all run smoothly. A special mention to our local guide, Joy, who was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Joy was with us from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and brought such a positive energy to the group. She really complemented Niamhs leadership perfectly, and together they made an amazing team. There were so many highlights on this trip! Staying in the floating bungalows in Khao Sok National Park was a fantastic experience, island hopping and staying in beach side bungalows in Koh Phangan was also one of my highlights. The Phi Phi Islands were unforgettable, we had plenty of opportunities for snorkelling, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and enjoyed fun nights out, including some memorable karaoke sessions. The visit to the elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai was one of the most special days, as was our overnight trip to the jungle, which was an absolute adventure thanks to our local guide Lan. What I loved most about the trip was the perfect balance between cultural experiences ” like visiting temples and learning about Thailands history ” and the fun activities that allowed us to truly relax and bond as a group. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone and Ive made friends for life. Im so glad I chose Intro Travel for my Thailand adventure. The trip was well-organised, the guides were exceptional, and the memories will last a lifetime. I did the 18 day Thailand trip with intro and I can honestly say it has been a trip of a lifetime. I have made life long friends with group members and my group leaders Zoe Ae-Ki. Zoe went above beyond for each and every one of us on the tour, Zoe had everything organised, we didnt have to plan anything which made the trip stress free. Zoe brought fun, laughter, kindness amazing vibes to the group, anyone would be lucky to have her as their leader.
