This vibrant two-day city sightseeing package includes everything you need to experience Buenos Aires like a local. Cruise the tranquil waterways of the Tigre Delta, then end your first day with a sumptuous dinner and tango performance at the iconic El Querandi Tango.
On day two, head to the countryside for a genuine gaucho experience, where you’ll be treated to traditional food, music, and the legendary hospitality of Argentina’s cowboys. This trip is pure emotion—a blend of urban charm, natural beauty, and cultural tradition that ensures every traveler feels at home.
day 1Gaucho Day Trip
Depart Buenos Aires in a comfortable coach for the scenic ride through the Argentine Pampas (plains) to Estancia (ranch) Santa Susana, located in Los Cardales. When you arrive, your day begins with a friendly welcome reception with Empanadas.
Take a tour to some of Santa Susana’s attractions, including its museum and church, before enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride or going horseback riding to explore the ranch.
Tuck into a delicious parrillada (Argentine BBQ) lunch of grilled specialties such as sausages and chicken, accompanied by salad and beverages (red and white wine, soda, water and coffee). Then sip on a glass of Mate (an Argentine drink of yerba mate leaves steeped in hot water) and finish with a Pastelito (pastry)!
During lunch, be entertained by a tango and folk show of classical music and dance, and watch an exciting Boleadoras show, with throwing weapons used by gauchos. The real entertainmentbegins as you watch the gauchos showing off their incredible ranch skills.
When your day of fun on the ranch is over, we will come back to Buenos Aires.
