Itinerary

What do you get if you combine a few days in Marrakech with a few more on Morocco's coast? This eight-day adventures that’s brimming with tasty food, cultural experiences, and some well-deserved beachside bliss. You’ll take part in a tagine-making demonstration, go for a dip at the Ouzoud oasis and waterfall, and dine at a souk in Agadir. Burn off the calories with a hike to a waterfall and then into a Berber Village where you’ll sit down for tea with another local family. Next, visit the walled city of Essaouira and the ceramic market of Safi before wrapping up your trip with beach time, sun, surf, and fresh seafood at Oualidia.

day 1Marrakech

Arrival day. Make your own way to the joining hotel before 2:30PM. After a welcome meeting the group will attend a cooking demonstration and learn how to make tanjia, a different form of tagine.
We'll make the dish and seal it in the clay pot to cook overnight in the hamman. Then, explore the various food vendors in the Medina with your CEO and learn about the different ingredients. End the Day with evening tea on the rooftop terrace overlooking the main square of Jemaa El Fnaa.
