Japan Adventure 13 Day

I had an amazing time on the 13 day trip to Japan! The activities were so much fun and really well planned. The group dynamics were great, and it was such a friendly and positive atmosphere throughout. Huge thanks to our group leader, Adam, who did an excellent job making sure everything ran smoothly and that we all had the best time. Highly recommend!

13 day trip through Japan. Buckle up and get ready for a non-stop adventure! Lachlan Fleming took a group of 9 strangers on one of the most memorable tours through Japan. Non stop laughs, stunning views and exposure to some of Japan rich history and culture. Lachlan is a wealth of information and exceptional at group leading. He condoned himself in one of the most skilled professional formats I have experienced. Taking the time to get to know each of us one on one. His ability to read the group and everyones personalities was spot on. Connecting everyone through group activities and unreal food. Nailed it! We would all group up in free time, sharing meals and exploring outside of the guided time. Which in turn brought the group even closer. I cannot express my gratitude enough on this his ability to unify the group! It was amazing. Hes also pretty good at karaoke. This trip covered it all, jam packed but it kept a good balance of free time to explore, or rest and recharge for the next day. Each night Lachlan would give us the game plan, timing and locations for the following day. Communication was amazing. If a member wanted to go off on their own for a bit he would drop map pins for meat up points. This was another impressive skill Lachlan had. He was very organized and constantly kept watching over the group to prevent anyone from getting lost or frustrated in where to go. If you are a foodie and like trying new dishes then his recommendation was also on point. For me, every dinner, actually every meal was a home run. Throughout the trip Lachlan would sit with us to discuss our plans after the tour, most of us had more Adventures planned before heading home. He took this time to help us plan, navigate and give us a list of sites to see in the areas we were heading to. Making sure we were all comfortable and had organized plans when leaving on our last day. At the end it was an emotional goodbye for all. Started as 10 strangers, 2 week later 10 friends saying goodbye. The 2 weeks I spent with this group will be remembered forever. I can;t thank Intro Travel and our unreal guide Lachlan Fleming enough. 12/10 experience!!!!

The 13 day Japan Adventure was absolutely amazing thanks to our group leader Lachie Fleming. Lachie is incredible at his job - so approachable, knowledgeable, passionate, genuine, professional, organised yet flexible and such a laugh at the same time. He knows the ins and outs of each City, history, hot spots and had limitless options no matter what your interests were. Being a 24/7 job, Lachie was always available, consistent, high energy, positive and navigated his way around with such ease which meant we could just switch off and not worry about anything. Lachie never failed to go above and beyond to ensure everyone was having the best time and honestly made this trip an 11/10. Our group consisted of ages 23-38 and the tour was definitely catered to all. All the activities, accommodation, food and travel included were phenomenal for the price - I couldnt fault anything and would do it again tomorrow! First time in Japan and definitely not the last thanks to Intro Travel.

I just finished the 13 day Japan tour with Dan as group leader. This was my first Intro trip and I booked on to another whilst there! The tour was amazing, with a good mix of different places, activities and free time. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, made sure we had everything we needed and always brought the energy. I highly recommend this trip, I only wish I could have Dan as my group leader for future tours.

We just finished the 13 day Japan tour with Dan as our group leader. This was our first Intro trip and will not be the last! The tour was amazing, with a great group, and we had a great time. The itinerary is great with a good mix of places and activities. Dan was extremely knowledgeable about all things Japan, and he went over and above to make sure that we had everything we needed and got us everywhere on time. I highly recommend this trip, and if your group leader is Dan you will be in great hands!

I just finished the 13 day Japan tour with the most wonderful group leader Gemma. This trip surpassed all my expectations and was absolutely incredible, and a lot of that was down to having such a great leader, and the best group leader I’ve had on any group trip. She made the trip stress free and was there for anything we needed. She had so much knowledge about Japan and was so passionate about the country and giving us the best experience. If you get Gemma on your Japan tour, you are so lucky and you are guaranteed an amazing trip. Would 10/10 recommend!

Just finished the 13 day Japan tour and it was fantastic. Special mention to our tour guide Gemma who fantastic and made the tour as good as it was. I have never had a better tour guide and the trip would not have been as good as it was without her.

I couldn’t recommend the Japan tour more! Gemma is an absolute star—if you’re fortunate enough to have her as your guide, you’re guaranteed a trip with the most immaculate vibes. She’s without a doubt one of the most organised tour leaders I’ve ever had, which really took the stress out of travelling.

My 3rd trip with intro travel now and another absolutely amazing trip! I have just returned from the 13 day Japan tour and can’t thank Cam, our group leader enough for the incredible time we had on this brilliant trip. Having participated in a number of group trips in the past, I’ve learnt how much a group leader can make or break a trip and Cam 1000% made it the most amazing, memorable and special time for everyone in the group - going above and beyond to make everyone in the group feel so cared for, heard and welcome. He guided us through each location so well, taking any of the normal stresses of travelling away from us. He also was so knowledgeable on any question I or the others in my group had and seemed truly passionate about the country and his job which was so lovely to see. I’d so recommend this trip to anyone considering it and I hope you also get to experience it with Cam as your group leader as his really was the best! Thank you Cam!

Just had the time of my life on my first travel experience by myself with intro for the 13 day Japan Tour and it was amazing!!! I finally got to visit my dream country, discover new knowledge about Japan such as its amazing history and culture, live almost like a Japanese citizen, explore the amazing streets and night life! I also met many wonderful people that have been amazing throughout the trip and now consider good friends, they made the trip better than I could imagine. I really enjoyed this trip and have to come back after the intro to Japan to do even more. Also a big thanks to Dan Aaron our tour guide as I got to see everything on the tour itinerary and more thanks to all his recommendations and help he provided so I could get around easy and without a worry. Definitely one of the coolest guys I met and is really fun to hang out with, he also does some awesome photos and is an amazing singer😂. 5/5 for me as he went above and beyond what he had to for us!🔥

Had the best time on the 13 day Japan tour, all of the main tourist spots were covered but some additional hidden gems and experiences were included which made this trip so special. Dan was the best tour leader and went above and beyond everyday, he provided great information at each location and got some epic pictures of us all. This trip wouldn’t have been as fun without Dan or the other awesome travellers, I will definitely be traveling with Intro Travel again!

Just got done with the 13 day Japan trip and it was amazing! This was the first time ever solo traveling and staying in hostels, and even though I was nervous I grew to love it. Our tour guide Dan was the absolute best. Very informative, friendly, fun, and on top of absolutely everything. If you want to go on a trip and have everything planned and figured out for you Intro Travels and tour guide Dan is where its at. Top highlights: Mt. Fuji Snow monkeys Collecting stamps everywhere Samurai DAN THE MAN All the amazing people in my group ¦ Honestly the list could go on and on Be prepared to shed some tears when you have to leave.

I had the trip of a lifetime in Japan, I loved every minute. The tour covers so much of beautiful japan and the included activities were great (and seeing Mount Fuji was AMAZING!!). Dan was my leader and he was just amazing - he had so much cultural knowledge and was so organised with everything, and was always looking out for us and helping with any questions or worries we had. My group was amazing, and with Dans help we definitely felt like a little family in the end. As a solo traveller who was nervous to book this, Im so glad I did and I would highly recommend this tour and Intro travel to anyone who is considering it- you wont regret it!!! :)

The 13 day Japan tour was so much fun, would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a great itinerary with a good mix of cities and more rural areas and really fun activities. I got to do so much that I never would’ve thought of if I didn’t do the tour. Dan was a great group leader, so helpful all the way through and really enthusiastic about Japan. He worked really hard to make sure we all had a great time. This was my second intro trip and not be the last😊

The Japan tour was one of the most beautiful trips I have ever taken. The food was delicious and everything we visited was very interesting and beautiful. But it wouldn;t have been nearly as nice without our tour guide Dan. He had extra information at every location and no matter what, he was super helpful. He also helped me a lot with planning before and especially after the tour.

I have just got back from the 13 day trip to Japan and had the best time. The tour was a great experience from start to finish. This was in no small part to our group leaders Dan and Michelle who were amazing and I am so glad I got to experience Japan with such great people. The tour was a good mix of planned activities and free time in really cool and interesting places, and the local guides we met to do activities with were authentic and really felt like experts. I would recommend this trip to anyone thinking of visiting this wonderful country and INTRO made everything so easy for a very lazy man like me.

I recently returned from an incredible 13-day tour of Japan, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable trips Ive ever experienced. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the tranquil temples of Kyoto, every day was packed with adventure, culture, and amazing sights. The tour was extremely well-organized, and a huge part of its success was due to our outstanding group leaders, Dan and Michelle. They were nothing short of phenomenal”always professional, approachable, and full of energy. Their knowledge of Japanese history, culture, and local secrets added so much depth to the experience. Whether it was navigating the Shinkansen (bullet train) or recommending the best ramen spots, they made every part of the journey seamless and enjoyable.

Just returned from the 13 day intro trip to Japan. It was fantastic trip covering so much and with a great group of people. Lachie our group leader was brilliant - with so much knowledge of Japan, great recommendations and just always happy to help wherever he could to make sure everyone was having the best time. Everything ran super smoothly thanks to him and definitely made the trip even better. Would really recommend the trip and hopefully you get Lachie as your tour leader!

Recently just finished the Japan 13 day Intro Trip and had an amazing time and experience, visiting some of the sites Japan has to offer. Even before we arrived Lachie got in contact with us to make sure we arrived safe and made it to the starting point/hostel. Lachie also made a group chat so that we can all interact and communicate with others on the tour as well and post helpful guides, locations and things to do when in each new place of the tour. Lachie was very knowledgeable about the temples and Japan history and incredibly helpful and always suggested multiple options and got the groups consensus in regards to places to go during free time. Overall Lachie made the tour fun and relaxing by not having to worry about accommodation and transport as well as interacting and getting to know how we all were going and if we were going ok and also made sure we knew how to get back to the airport after the tour or wherever our plans were after. I am looking forward to my next trip with intro in the future and hopefully get Lachie again as my group leader

Japan adventure Jan 4th- 16th My tour guide was Lachie for this trip and he was super helpful with recommending places to eat, exploring, activities and sites to see! He was keen to get to know the group and was really friendly and approachable. Every day was amazing! ˜ I had the best 13 days with my group and Lachie definitely made us all feel welcome and relaxed! The evening dinners that were arranged were always yummy!! The karaoke night was my personal favorite ˜‚ everybody let loose and joined in 100% Had the best experiences and met some awesome people £¼¯

Japan 2024 - What a fantastic trip, Japan was full of culture/history and just a wonderful country to visit, Matt our guide was amazing, he had a lot of knowledge and answered any questions and overall a really fun guy. Would highly recommended doing the Japan trip with intro! I will definitely be booking a future trip!!

I did the Japan tour at the beginning of October with Lachie! It was an amazing trip, we got to see most of the Japan highlights that you see on social media. There is time on the tour for additional things you may want to see or do (TeamLabs). Lachie was a really great guide, he knows a lot about the history so it was great to have him give bits of Japanese history throughout the trip. He got us everywhere we needed to be with a smile and he was super helpful planning onwards travel. If you have Lachie as a guide, youll have a great time!

Just finished the 13 day Japan trip, a great way to explore a new country. Took all the stress and hassle out of planning a trip and our group leader Lachie took care of all the transport/accommodation etc. so we could really switch off and enjoy our time. Lachie was very knowledgeable and great fun, just like an 11th member of the group. Doing the tour meant I did so many activities I probably wouldn;t have thought of booking myself. Highly recommend, a great experience and incredible country with some great people ˜

The 13 day Japan tour was awesome! Everything you could wish for when visiting Japan is in here in these few days. The tour guide Yoni Doani was the funniest and best guy you could imagine. I;ve felt really safe with him guiding the group. He had answers to every question and was always there when I needed something. He knows every cool location, whether for dinner or sightseeing, you name it. Consider yourself lucky if he your guide!

I took the 13 Day Japan Experience trip in September 2024. It was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Yoni, our guide, was superb and entertaining guide, and the place was just as beautiful as I had imagined. I can;t recommend it enough to anyone that can handle the walking demands.

I would highly recommend the Japan Adventure 13day tour for any first timers in Japan. The itinerary is jam packed and great value for money, you get to see many aspects of Japan and Japanese culture. What really made the trip for me was our group leader Yoni, he has incredible insight and knowledge of the places you visit and the people you meet along the way, he was very reassuring and accommodating if anyone in the group had any issues or queries, he has wonderful vibes and such great karma.

The Japan 13 day tour was fantastic! As a first timer to solo travelling, i was really anxious about the people and making new friends but this now feels like friends for LIFE! As well as having so much fun with the group, i have also made a really great relationship with the group leader- it felt like such a smooth transition from group leader to friendship as he is so knowledgeable and passionate about the job with intro but also great fun to be around- it didn;t feel like he needed to be separated from the group during the ˜free time, he felt apart of it! A great 13 day trip with lots of fun packed activities relating to both culture and entertainment. Would recommend!

This is my second tour with Intro and each one just gets better! Japan was perfectly organised and just the right blend of culture, sightseeing, socialising and downtime. Yoni was an exceptional group leader, he was excellent at communicating our plans, made everyone in the group feel welcome and is a lovely guy. Our group was truly wonderful & everyone was in good spirits, which is no surprise as the tour was so smooth and went so well from start to finish. We have already made plans for our next Intro tours. I cannot fault them!

Megs knowledge of Japans history, culture, and hidden gems was remarkable. She brought each location to life with engaging stories and insights that you wouldnt find in any guidebook. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she went out of her way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and had a great time. Whether it was helping us navigate the busy streets of Tokyo or guiding us through the temples of Kyoto, Meg was always attentive and patient. Just completed the 13 day Japan tour, and I cant recommend it enough - genuinely one of my best travel experiences yet! The experience of travelling to a foreign country, especially by yourself, can be a bit daunting - but with Lachie as my group leader, I had nothing to worry about. He easily handled all the less glamorous sides of travelling, such as sourcing transport and accommodation, and allowed us to fully focus on enjoying our time in such a beautiful country. He added a huge amount to the trip, from planning and recommendations to being good company in general. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Its something I will never forget, and I consider it an honour and a privilege to have spent it with an amazing group of people. Would 100% recommend! ‘

I never felt stressed about getting around, even on our travel days and numerous changes along the way. He engaged well with all the group members and added to the positive atmosphere. There was a good balance of planned activities, as well as free time. Along with plenty of good recommendations if you don;t have anything in mind.

Just finished the 13 day Japan tour and it was absolutely awesome. I couldnt recommend it more, especially under the guidance of our group leader Lachie. Being able to commute around a foreign country without having to worry about timings or transportation was great, as it allowed for me to fully immerse myself in the new culture. Lachie was able to make me feel very welcomed and comfortable in Japan, additionally he was boats loads of fun, even hosting an incredible game of trivia. The accommodation was all excellent and the activities were extremely fun. 10/10 would recommend ¸

Would highly recommend a trip with Intro. I completed the Japan trip and really enjoyed it. Everything is well planned and we got to see so much of Japan in 13 days! Our wonderful group leader Gemma made the trip extra special. She is super knowledgeable about Japan and was always willing to share this knowledge and other tips and recommendations with us. Her enthusiasm and positive energy is infectious and she helped us to make some amazing memories!

Overall, Im very satisfied with the tour in Japan. Locations were great for getting to know this country. The activities were nice and the accommodation was too. We had Gemma Woods as a group leader. She is always ready and prepared for any situation, also she has a lot of knowledge of Japanese culture which nourished our trip a lot. Her recommendations were great too since she knows the locations very well. She is very nice too and we had great time in Karaoke nights. I felt very happy and comfortable with her.

Recently did the Japan tour with Intro Travel, and I couldnt recommend it more! Just finished the intro Japan tour and had the most incredible time thanks to my guide Elmer. Was an amazing trip learning about Japans culture, tourism, and nightlife and Id highly recommend a tour with Elmer in the future who made the trip truely unforgettable. Met some great people which led to the toughest goodbyes but Intro provided an experience like no other that Im extremely grateful for.

Just had the most amazing time in Japan with Intro. So much more was included than I had expected (all train / transport tickets, all entry fees, some meals) and I didnt have to turn my brain on once throughout the trip, everything was sorted for us! We had enough free time to do any specific things we wanted and had plenty of recommendations from our group leader (though if you only did the organised activities and chilled out in the free time that was still plenty). The hostels we stayed in were all stunning and we never had more than 2-4 of us in a room. Saving the best til last - our group leader, Anna, was incredible and made sure every single person had the best time

I had an amazing time on the Japan tour! Our tour guide, Anna, was fantastic. Anna is a passionate tour guide who was dedicated to ensuring we enjoyed every moment of the trip. The activities were perfectly planned and a there was a good balance between enjoying the culture and embracing the traditions.

Just returned from the Japan Adventure (14th June) led by Matt. We booked from a recommendation of Intro, definitely glad we followed this advice as we have had such a blast! The trip as a whole is well planned, with some amazing activities/ experiences and the right balance of free time too. Japan as a country is stunning, and the people are some of the friendliest and most-accommodating you will find anywhere. Matt as a leader was perfect for our group. He navigated us around well, could add extra cultural/ historical information and continually went the extra mile to make sure that everyone was having a nice time. He definitely was a major reason that everyone had such a good time and I couldnt recommend him highly enough! If youre thinking about booking then go ahead, you will have an amazing time!!

I have recently returned from Japan after completing the 2 week tour with INTRO and our incredible guide Matt! I was lucky enough to be recommended this tour by my sister, so myself and my partner decided to also book on after she she said it was an amazing experience and oh wow it sure was! We were blessed to be surrounded by an incredible group that was led by Matt who is certainly responsible for making this trip what it was! The amount of places we visited wouldnt have been possible without Intros careful planning as well as Matts tips for the local area during any free time. The activities that are included in the price of the tour are invaluable and we feel so lucky to have had this experience. Dont hesitate to book!
