Wonderful trip - perfect amount of time for every place. Goes to places I would never have been solo - takayama was a highlight and the special stays were a super cool experience. Lots of free time in this trip - which is nice to pick where you want to go. Time add ons were great, however not too many included experiences and dinners compared to other trips, which was a small downside. The TM we had was stella - lots of recommendations and perfect amount of information.

Got to meet lots of new people from all over, and enjoy japan for the nostalgic moments, while also getting to experiences parts of modern day japan, while learning a lot about various parts of life in japan

Japan Unrivalled was amazing! It took me everywhere that I wanted to go for my first trip to Japan! Our trip manager was so knowledgeable (and funny), as were our incredible local guides. I learnt so much and saw so much, I can’t wait to come back to Japan!

I had an outstanding time in Japan! I definitely recommend doing all the extra excursions that isn’t part of the shown itinerary even if they seem out of your comfort zone as well as have something planned for when you have free time. SN: Take advantage of the 7-11 snacks there. They are bomb!!! And don’t sleep on the sandwiches!

Zane was an outstanding tour guide – down-to-earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about sharing Japan with others. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the tour. His enthusiasm for what he does really shone through, and it made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
