We had a fantastic experience with the team planning for our first trip to Chile! Claudia organized an incredible trip, including Santiago, Valparaiso, and then domestic flights to San Pedro de Atacama and Patagonia. We had the most magical trip and appreciated the thoughtful planning and considerations to help us make the most of our vacation! We also loved working with Joaquina from the Customer Service Team, who took care of us throughout all of our adventures! Even when one of our flights was canceled (due to bad weather), Joaquina jumped in to help us find alternate options. We highly recommend the team and would love to work with them again in the future! 💫

What an experience - a trip to the Atacama desert. Big skies, glorious stars, geysers, deserts, valleys and mountains - all in great company and superbly organised. I was travelling solo and the guide and group made me feel hugely welcome.

I booked this trip that took me through Chile. The whole trip was planned out with the help of the team.. They were excellent and very responsive to queries and changes that i had to make at the last minute. They used very good local guides who were always on time for pickups. The hotels everywhere were of a very high standard. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again if i return to South America.

The Atacama Desert is nothing short of a natural wonder, and it exceeded every expectation. It felt like stepping onto another planet.

All of this trip, flights, hotels, daily excursions, airports transfers were arranged. Everything went so smoothly. It is so comforting at every destination to see your name on a sign. All the hotels were perfect for what we wanted. the pick ups were timely, the guides were excellent. We could not have been more satisfied.

Had a wonderful trip exploring many parts of Chile. Such dramatic scenery! The guides were all very knowledgeable, lromot and good communicators.

This was my first time solo traveling and it was the best week of my life! Bookmundi made every very accessible and they were extremely accommodating. I only had a few questions throughout the course of my 10 day itinerary, but the team was quick to respond and help me trouble shoot. I will think of this trip for the rest of my life.
