Overall, this was a great trip that provided a variety of experiences, from the sand dunes in Namibia to the Okavango Delta to Victoria Falls. I would highly recommend this trip.
This was the trip of a lifetime. It was entirely worry-free the whole time. The group size was great. It was a shame that it was 2 tours together because we didn't get to know some of the newcomers as well as those of us doing the full tour. It was also sad to say goodbye to some travelers part way through. I saw everything I had hoped to and more. Everyone on the tour was friendly and reasonable. The pre-tour information that was provided was quite general. For example no clear definition of what a "lodge" vs. a "hotel" vs. "guesthouse" actually is. Also, in Chobe we were told we needed "camouflage" or neutral coloured clothing. This was information was not provided beforehand. More information on currency could have been provided, specifically for Botswana where the currency cannot be obtained outside of the country. I was told Mastercard was not widely accepted and I should get a Visa card but I really didn't need one.
A most enjoyable and eye opening tour! I loved seeing all the different environments and the wildlife. A very entertaining and competent guide and driver team really made us feel welcome and safe on our African adventure.
Extremely informative and the best way to visit new countries!
Loved all of it, but being next to wild animals without a fence was a highlight!!!
beautiful landscape with long driving and much camping
Overall the experience was enjoyable, informative, well organised and thought out. Some of the travelling days were long, however I understand the distances between places can be huge in the countries we visited, What really brought the trip together was the experience, knowledge and skills of Braison and Peter.
Good value for money and an insight into cultures and wildlife that would be very difficult and expensive to do by yourself.
This trip was excellent ! Brilliant guide and driver combo, with a perfect mix of exhilarating adventure, and in-depth local knowledge and stories
