Great itinerary overall, the Chateau overnight stay was probably the only drawback.
Lack of staff and poor service.
We enjoyed the Be my guest optionals.
It was unfortunate that there were power failures in Bordeaux but our Tour Director did a fabulous job re organising our accomodation

I would have preferred longer stays in hotels. A bit too much packing & repacking . I loved most stops especially Giverny & the gardens . I thought the lunch experience at the farm was poor , too hot , no ventilation & not enough food .
