Great mix of tourist attractions and small villages with unique features which appeal to us. We enjoy observing the locals, how they live and work daily.
The culture, history, architecture and countryside were a big part of the trip.
Great tour director and driver made for a memorable experience.

The itinerary was well paced, the tour director was very amiable and so was the driver. The local guides all very knowledgeable. After the management change within Trafalgar, there are fewer included activities and too many optionals. in fact, it seems like the base price is to take you from place to place only and if we want to visit tourist attractions, we have to pay through the optionals.

I would have preferred longer stays in hotels. A bit too much packing & repacking . I loved most stops especially Giverny & the gardens . I thought the lunch experience at the farm was poor , too hot , no ventilation & not enough food .

It was a well balanced view of what France is all about. Given the time it's hard to see what could be improved.

It gave a good glimpse of places all around France.. To really see some places you need to be there for several days which isn't practical. The optional extras were good and educational. The itinerary gave you a variety of how you want to spend your day.
