Exploring Italy through this trip was an unforgettable experience! It allowed us to see all the iconic landmarks in each city we visited, offering a remarkable variety of activities that left no room for boredom. What made the journey even more exceptional were the guides - their passion for the country, combined with their extensive knowledge, made the trip truly unforgettable. They made it a priority to connect with each and every traveler, ensuring that everyone was fully immersed in the tour. With everything taken care of, this trip exceeded our expectations and more. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Italy in the best possible way!
Our overall experience with GAdventures was outstanding. The CEOs leading the tours were extremely knowledgeable of the cities we visited and always ready to help make the tours exciting and fun. We had at least two days in each of the cites which gave us enough time to explore on our own or with new friends we made along the way.
I highly recommend GAdventures and we are already looking for another GAdventure tour next year.
Awesome tour, Many fantastic sights throughout the tour, great experience I'll never forget. Well organised and good value for money. Thanks for all you do. We really appreciated it.
Welcome to 15 days of pure Italian travel immersion. Covering Rome, Florence, Venice and beyond, this one brings you the blissful best of this soul-stirring country. Explore Rome's historical highlights, travel through the streets of Michelangelo's Florence, indulge in some authentic pasta on the Amalfi Coast. Stop by to see the stooping slopes of Sorrento in the breezy winter. And that's just an aperitivo. Beauty, romance and all the pasta you can fit in; the good life just got even better. That's amore!
I couldn't have organized a trip like this myself. Usually I was someone who organized the logistics for her own travel but using G Adventures meant that I didn't have to worry about booking hostels or figuring out public transportation. It was easy, our CEO was great and the other people on the tour were kind and fun.
This walking holiday is based in the wonderfully unspoilt Euganean Hills, tucked in a quiet corner below the beautiful medieval city of Padua, west across the plain from Venice. Once volcanic islands, these hills have a striking conical appearance; they are cloaked in an astonishing variety of plant life including holm oak, maple, orchids, heather and poppies and have been recognised as a National Park. The lower slopes give way to colourful meadows and immaculately groomed vineyards so it's little wonder the region produces such a fine variety of wines!
Starting in the tiny hamlet of Cortela, nestled amongst vines, you head across poppy fields and through forests to Valnogaredo. You discover the jumbled cobbled streets of medieval Arqua Petrarca, where the famous 14th century Italian poet, Petrarch, made his home, before continuing through fertile fruit orchards to Galzignano. A convenient stone's throw from the Italian Baroque gardens of Valsanzibio, there's time to explore its magnificent maze before a series of outstanding views leads you to panoramically perched Teolo.
10 days of la dolce vita, pronto. This one is pure Italian travel, covering all the big bucket-list destinations of Venice, Florence & Rome, plus the smaller charms of Pisa, Verona, and Siena. We'll ooh and aah over antipasto & chianti, dine on regional specialities in local trattorias, boat through the canals and islands of Venice, and explore the architecturally magnificent city of Florence. Expect plenty of world-famous espresso & pizza on the way.
A bite of the Balkans, a dash of Central Europe and a slice of the Mediterranean – on this 17-day adventure, you’ll get a sample of Europe’s diverse delights. Wander through Dubrovnik’s World Heritage-listed Old Town, set on the shores of the Adriatic, then explore Plitvice Lakes National Park near Zagreb. Travel up the Dalmatian Coast and cross into Slovenia, where adventure junkies can get their fix biking, hiking, canyoning or caving. Head on to Italy and live out your grandest gondola and tiramisu fantasies in Venice, stroll the twisting trails between Cinque Terre's towns and see the artworks that inspired the Renaissance in Florence. Then, end it all in Rome – an epic hotspot with so much to see and do (including one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Colosseum)!
Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.
