I loved everything in this trip From airport transfers (cozy huge vans with adorable drivers), itineraries (iunexpected I have never seen travel companies as organized as europamundo..very very organized and i was amazed of how you guys link cities and itineraries price was Really Worth this travel) our Travel guides (they were all excellent Esp manu and albert) they knew everything And we really learned a lot from them, they were like walking encyclopaedias. They explained everything and always make sure that we dont just understand everything, but we comprehend Manu, Hes a very nice guy. Hes very easy to be with, he shares everything he knows and even personalexperiences..and we really learned a lot from him. He made us feel that hes not only our guide, but our friend too.He wont just tell the rules, he would always explain all the reasons why. In a very very very nice way128525;128525; and even albert Imagine,we were a large numbers of tourists with different nationalities but the travel guides managed to handle us all in avery approable manner128536;w i love them all. 128525; the buses They were all cool Super cool So big and comfy..there were chargingnports,wc,everything that you need The bus drivers especially sir juan antonio, he did a great job I was amazed how he can easily manage to drive on the left lane when we got to uk They made us felt that we were indeed handled with the best handsThey were all good drivers.. hotels were nice (except the one from Verona, Albatros hotel if im not mistaken..; the whole room was a total mess from dirty sheets, there were smashed cookies under the bed, shower temp was hard to control, and the smell of the whole room.. i just dont know what word to use coz it smells really bad. Smell was like it wasnt use for a very long time, like an acient times. 128514;) but aside from that, nothing else. Over all experienced was excellent and if would given a chance to travel again around Europe I would definitely booked with them again. The locations that appealed to me most were the Switzerland and Italy locations. I am someone who needs to do things with other people in order to be happy, so it was really nice to be able to find a person with whom i could explore the location of the day with during our assigned free time. I do wish occasionally to stay in some cities a little longer, either by free time or staying more days, but i understand the need for the current schedule. The schedule was a lot less hectic than i had initially imagined for my first tour bus type travel excursion and was pleasantly surprised at the overall trip, so i would definitely do it, though at this time i dont know where. I would be interested in touring again with some of the same guides, but i realize that is not a likely possibility. I had a 20 day trip, so i had multiple guides throughout my tour. I had started with Lionel, then went to Linus, Angela, Incarne?, Abdel, and finally Mariano, on my last day. Although, not always enjoyable every moment, i did appreciate the greatly varrying styles of each guide. However, while they were all good in their own way, Incarne and Angela were my favorites due to their styles and interaction with the travelers, in terms of getting to know the travelers and their interests. One thing i should improve upon for myself is to look at the provided information more carefully to determine what exactly is or is not provided. At the time i booked the trip i had not had a free moment to review all the information provided in the traveler information, so i would definitely take the time to research everything

Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent. The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.
