The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.

I took this tour with my family, including my two teenagers, and we all had a blast! The tour was well-paced with a mix of guided activities and free time, which was great for us. My kids loved the visit to Pompeii—they’ve been fascinated by it since learning about it in school. The gondola ride in Venice was another highlight that we all enjoyed. The hotels were family-friendly, and our guide, Sergio, was wonderful with the kids, keeping them engaged throughout. I’d highly recommend this tour for families wanting to explore Italy together.
If I had enough money and if work would give me more days of leave then I would 100% do another tour if I could. Our CEO Cate made it the best experience possible by providing a structured itinerary while ensuring we have time to do our own adventuring here and there. The experiences I had on this trip were something I will probably never forget.
Very laid back and easy with two days in most places and a good quantity of free time. Fantastic tour director who kept her flock in control. Driver was phenomenal and a pleasure to talk to. As always there is too much to see and remember so picture taking is essential.
This tour was so much fun. Learnt a lot, met a lot of new friends, and had a ton of fun. Would highly recommend this tour, and to travel through Europe in general.
Rhi Smith did a fantastic job as tour director and Domenico was a great amazing driver.
Very busy tour but covered so much and learnt so much about each country
