To sum up my experience in one paragraph is an injustice to the beauty and bonds shared on this trip, with the CEO and now good friends I've come to meet. Even to share this trip with my partner by my side has enriched our relationship beyond what we previously had. I get teary-eyed when I think of the time spent hiking through the jungle, sharing wonderful meals at the market, playing cards games on the train, visiting the temples, feeding the elephants, listening to our CEO tell us about the city and people. It all is so majestically overwhelming in the best way possible. This trip was the best one of my life so far!

I really enjoyed the trip but it was more intense than I thought it would be! Nice to have the different side of seeing the tourist activities as well as the hillside tribe villages. I really enjoyed the hike although it was more challenging than I was expecting from the description given!

Honestly, Thai food is a bit spicy for us, but I really have to admit that their cuisine is very diverse and rich. I was pleasant with the good service provided by this tour company. Would I recommend this particular adventure to a friend, in a word no. However I would caveat this with I had a great time and I would definitely recommend G adventures as a tour group and these three countries are definitely worth visiting. It's only a couple of small points that need 'ironing out' which is understandable considering the relatively new itinerary that has been created. Our CEO minty ensured a smooth tour and I suspect that another tour guide would have handled the issues not as effectively. Thank you, G Adventures, for a wonderful once in a lifetime experience.
