Good tour management. Good guides. Ignacio , Eva were very informative. Eva especially was guiding us for all shopping areas too. Raid was also good.Hotels at zurich and Milan were bad. At zurich the breakfast management was quite bad. Proper cutlery not kept. Do not use this hotel . Milan hotel bad too. We had to walk with our bags from the road thru a mall 2nd floor. Then we had to walk again few meters to reach the hotel for check in . Same for check out too. The door lock system at this hote was very complicated and many of our guests had to face the problem. Euorpamundo should immediately stop using this hotel. The Ac does not work at Italy. This was not pre informed by europamundo. The local bus driver at Rome was not upto the mark. Rough rides. The toilets in all long distance travel bus was not working. The bus between Zurich and Italy was rickety and noisy sounds from windows and doors.
For the most part the selected locations were great. The bus were modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend offering smaller group options and/or allowing a group to finish tour together. The constant adding headcount can be difficult as there’s a culture adjustment between groups. At one point I felt crowded. Also, company should consider utilizing hotels within main cities to allow tourists to visit nearby restaurants. All of our hotels were 20/40 minutes from major cities forcing us to eat at the hotel.

The circuits were very good and my guides were excellent save one. Hats off to Jose Maria Alvear, Diana and most of all Diego Bueno Gonzalez. They are the best guides.
The Roma Hotel in Lisbon hotel staff Fernando Leite was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only person waiting for service on 11 Nov, and he did not serve me, and not even greeted me for about 10 min. When my wife Ann went to ask the other staff in the room, he loudly scolded my wife. Then Fernando claimed the room was not readyand later I find out that it has, and eventually the other staff in the room checked us in.
