Milagros and Marcela helped me plan a fantastic 10-day Essential Of Patagonia trip (mostly Argentina and 1 leg in Chile) and made the trip very smooth and easy to customize based on my preferences. For first-timers to the region, i would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. The Laguna de los Tres, Perito Moreno glacier, and the Torres del Paine Mirador hikes were sublime and unforgettable!! I would opt for "hard" hikes if possible to see the most, and try it out at least, and if not you can always tell your guide that it is too difficult and they will modify the path during the trek.

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional. I would recommend the team without hesitation. Thank you 🙂🙂

We saw the beauty and power of God's creation in Iguazu at the falls and at the bird park. Make sure to go to both the Brazil and Argentina sides of the falls. We took a helicopter ride and saw the birds on the Brazil side. If you don't have any physical disabilities, you can take a boat ride through the falls on the Argentina side. I highly recommend this trip.

Your arrangements gave us exactly what we wanted. But we were surprised that this was not a group tour as we thought it would be. Each hotel and excursion was separate, as opposed to being with the same group and tour guide the whole time. However, it worked out fine. We especially loved the hotels selected by the tour company because they were centrally located and we could easily walk around the various cities.

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Fabulous trip and our Explore leader Diego was the best we have encountered, he was just brilliant, we have never met a leader who was so suited to the job, he was just as excited as us about the things we saw and experienced along the way. Jasmine in northern Argentina also deserves a special mention. We saw so much on this trip. It was indeed fast paced as warned, lots of beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Though don't worry, time also for naps en route. However, warning, the scenery everywhere is so stunning, you really won't want to close your eyes and miss any of it! So hard to pick out highlights - however, we were lucky to have water in the Uyuni salt flats which were spectacular, we loved San Pedro and the sights around the town as well as Pumamarca and of course the mining town and market we visited in Bolivia. Make sure you book an optional star gazing tour around San Pedro if you can because the stars are incredible as is the Milky Way. Oh, and the day of wine tasting, also spectacular. Honestly, we loved all of this trip. if you can stay an extra night in Santiago, please do, as there is lots to see there! The elevation was handled carefully so that you don't elevate too quickly and you can adjust. We will never forget this trip! Thank you so much Diego!
